  1. when u say amp wires.. i'm assuming you are measuring this directly at the amp. So, stock batt = 14.8v other front batt(d3400)= 13.8v amp in the back= 14.8v Your amp is grounded to frame of vehicle. Your amp's power cable is in a circuit with the alternator, the D3400 and the stock batt. this allows your amp to see 14.8v. For your D3400 not to see 14.8v, it must not be grounded to the frame at all... this is NOT ideal. I would ground the D3400 to the frame, possibly to the same point the alt's Big 3 ground point is for best location.

What on earth is an amplifya? Kicker makes great amps. You may find something cheaper and more powerful, but the small increase in power around that price range won't make it work it in most cases. You could always buy used. OF course all this is useless if we don't know whjat you're intended use of the amplifier is.
  3. I think the answer is pretty simple. The type of people buying our products generally aren't getting it online. The internet portion of our business is a very small percentage of our overall sales. There was a question about why more people aren't using lethals, and the answer to that is that they are. Actually, next to I series drivers, the lethal is our biggest seller, and people eat those things up! They are very reliable, we very very rarely ship recones for them, and people generally love them. I apologize for Nick and myself not riding the forums like most owners do, but quite honestly our time is mostly spent doing email, talking to customers on the phone, or catching up on dealer orders. I will do my best to get on here and do a better job at responding to questions, but if anybody needs immediate help, my email [email protected] or our office phone (256) 417-6658 is the fastest way to get the help you need. Thanks a lot guys!

  7. After a short hiatus I'm back. Up now, mounting the sub mounting rings. The recently modified sub is in position on the baffle to have the mounting locations transferred on to the baffle. With the mounting locations on the baffle it's time to drill out the mounting holes. Here is the sub mounted on the baffle. A close up of the mounted sub. I couldn't resist. Here is a preview of what the view will be like through the viewing slots.

It was perfect and simple the way it was. Now it sucks in every way.
