RF Pro Audio Mids
2 pointsI don't understand ... Your planning on installing enough sub bass power to completely destroy your beautiful truck in a matter of months and your worried about everything else looking factory stock ???2 points

RF Pro Audio Mids
1 pointI have though myself of using some infinite baffle shallow mount 8in subs and running one in each door for mid bass (60-200) and running my Rockfords 6.5 from 200-4000 like they are now. The Rockford PA speakers sound good, get loud but dont expect alot of midbass. I just cant find anything on Parts express in a dedicated midbass that will handle much power. I guess that doesnt mean they wont get loud but curious of some suggestions. Not trying to highjack thread but trying to add to it. Maybe for both of us, lol. And contrary to what some people say, the Crescendo FT1's sound great and get loud as hell. I have them eq'd well and running them 4k up.....I have them ramped at 4k lower side, 5k a hair higher, and peaking them at 8k and 12k and ramped back down at 16k, 20k. This is my listening preference and they do great. When playing rock I will switch them to a different setting which is more tame on the 4k,5k and 8k.1 point

1 pointI hope so. Not saying Obama has been great, but Mitt scares me. Not liking Obama doesn't inherently make Mitt a better option. It's the lesser of the 2 evils....but then again, that's all politics is. If either side were "right", we wouldn't need to have debates Doing it the Reagan way didn't work the first 4 or 5 times we tried it, why try for a sixth?1 point

1 pointWhat do you mean "IF"? He will win. I hope so. Not saying Obama has been great, but Mitt scares me. Not liking Obama doesn't inherently make Mitt a better option. It is common knowledge that the UN resolution is being considered and it is desired by the Obama administration. I just clicked on the first link. I'm confused. You say Obama desires an Arms Treaty, then post 2 links that show the US voted against the treaty ?1 point

1 pointA member on here named jroadtatts put 12" midbasses in the doors of his Honda (a Civic maybe, can't remember for sure). Looks plenty good and delivers "EPIC" midbass, or at least that was his goal. I've yet to hear it in person but have no doubts the midbass in that car is indeed "EPIC". I think anyone could make a 10 or 12 look very good in pretty much any vehicle if they took the time to plan ahead and work carefully to achieve that goal. I can understand that if you weren't looking to put that much work or money into it that settling with the 8's would very likely be much cheaper and easier, but it seems like it sure would be hard for 8's to achieve the same output and response that the larger drivers could offer. That's just my thought on the subject. I know if I were to undertake such a project I would be looking at the larger size drivers.1 point

do I have the SAZ-1500 original or V2?
Sounds good! I am glad you found a better installer! The first installer almost sounds like a salesman who pries on people with less knowledge! Nice job on the reseach and not listening to the first installer! Like I said above 1500watts at 12vdc= around 125amps. so this makes sense that the 80amp fuse kept popping! I know KNU 4 gauge is rated for ~150amp so depending on the wire used and it capacity the first installer could have simply installed a bigger fuse and called it even! O well he was shady! and yes running R0 (1/0awg as I like to call it) is a much better idea and will help out in the future if you ever decide to upgrade. If the capacity of R0 = 300amps this means that wire can handle around 3500watts! So bring on the future! But also running that much power will require another battery for sure and maybe a bigger alt depending on your current alt! The new installer you are using what is his name. and does he have a build log for our viewing pleasure>?1 point

Port area FI BL's
1 pointIt won't matter because the people with 4 15's with only 200 inches of port cramed in a wall in a 4 door sedan will run their head about not hear any port noise. But you and I know the differance between hearing port noise and the correlation between port COMPRESSION and decreased spl, increased coil temperatures, and higher group delays. It just blows my mind that people spends thousands and thousands of dollars on equipment and won't spend 40 bucks on a book to learn how to apply the equipment.1 point

1 pointReplace the grass fed with corn fed, turn on the heat way sooner when cooking the beef, and cook the salmon way less. Curious where you found Japanese sweet potatoes though. I rarely ever see those around1 point- RF Pro Audio Mids
1 point- do I have the SAZ-1500 original or V2?
also i belive the V1 the 1500 was only printed on the amp one way, and the V2 was double printed on both sides of the amp, so you could flip the sundown plate and mount it either way and it would read correctly,. so look for the 1500 printed once or twice1 point- RF Pro Audio Mids
1 pointI really like mine! So much in fact that I have 2 brand new Crescendo 8's in the garage that I am not using because of the RF's. They are much more shollow than the cendos too which was good for me.1 point- alternator
