so thursday, i got word sencheezy was going to be rolling through cincinnati so i got ahold of him and casey & myself were able to meet up with him and get a demo of the evil iv been wanting to hear this sub ever since it came out and i must say im impressed! alot louder than the single 18 zcon setup i had. the sound quality was unbelievabe from an 18 (yes even on hardcore metel.. not just rap haha) i would love to get my hands on a single 15 for my powerstroke anyway heres a short video i made on my phone of casey getting a demo of the ironman explorer and sanchez getting a demo of caseys zcon 12s!

Use 0 gauge for your big 3. Possibly get a good agm battery to replace the stock one. I was running 1000 watts in my honda with just those upgrades and doing just fine on my stock 80 amp alternator and no second battery. With my a/c and lights on I was still only pulling 70 amps with my stereo at full tilt. Start with what you have said and take the advice given. If your voltage is dropping too far you will need to look into a second battery, ho alt etc.

Well do the big 3 and see if the voltage is okay. If not your going to need a second batt

Well, I didn't get as much done as I had hoped.I did get the rear deck ready for sound deadner and fit the speakers in after some trim panels were made.

You are under the assumption that there is only black and white. An audio system that is designed to reproduce music as accurately possible cannot be "loud". An audio system that is designed to reproduce music as loudly as possible cannot be "accurate". Audio systems, just like everything else in this world, are predominately shades of grey; there is very little black and very little white. Meh. A good sounding system should be able to get loud as hell. Keeping everything sounding good means not really pushing it, so you should have a ton of head room. If you set up an accurate system you should keep the drivers and the electronics as underworked as possible. This should equate to a ton of extra power and a ton of extra driver on tap. It's also ironic that most of the setups geared for SPL (supertweeters and pa mids) sound like shit, and if they'd actually take some cues from what people consider "SQ" than they'd end up with something sounding a TON better, and still pretty fucking loud. Win win.

Got the first videos of the wall!! I used my friend DC L4 XL 18"s for the weekend to see what all needed to be worked on before my subs went in at full power. The M4a was @.5ohm, so a good bit of juice, but not as much as I'll be running with the MT's. And I noticed I started running into power compression issues with the XL's, they couldn't take the full power of the amp,even at .5ohm. None the less, here are the videos!!! Last night demoing to a friend while my GF does a hairtrick. Someone said this morning that a hair trick in the window is to to easy, so I did this.
