    im not sure where you can look but if that is absolutely needed info then I personally would start wrenchin. im going with singer I like his style of customer service.. I asked him why should I choose your product over any others and he gave a great response.. I asked the other 2 companies the same question and got mediocre responses..

    he is just showing you when you have a question to post how to keep it easy to read/answer, you will get more replys that way ...Have not heard from Singer yet, although it is just past 11 o clock there, just testing their response time and hoping for a good estimate on the H/O Alty that I need!
