Loving my Ethos. The sub plays with more authority down low than the Q but hits the higher notes way better. The Q didnt play all that great up above 40hz (I mean it played well just nothing to write home about) The Ethos plays a much wider range it seems. My box is 3.6 tuned at 29hz. Has plenty of punch on the rock stuff I was listening to.

truck looks great man. just picked up a 2013 250 crew long bed myself 2 weeks ago. work truck needs some boom. i'll be keeping an eye on this one

It all comes down to proper engineering. There is a reason why I deal with who's considered the best group of engineers in the world. The more people get to hear these drivers will learn to understand this and realize just because a driver may utilize similar parts as something else doesn't make it the same.

thank you !! i had someone challenge me when i stated such in my review, as if i was making stuff up , quote "how can it play lower and higher, then other subs, thats not possible, its one or the other" all i could tell them was to pick one up for them selfs and see..... its true. great subs

So far, he says everything is still working properly, except the melted aluminum brake lines...

Always carry a fire extinguisher or at the least a water bottle in your vehicle. Never know when a power wire is going to short on your brake line...

Ethos is in and it sounds awesome. This sub may hammer out the lows better than anything I have tried in this box. It's definitely better rounded than the Q was. Can't wait till I get it broke in and loosened up some. Pics and vids coming

I'll be bedling this box. It's funny you ask. I actually don't even use fasteners to secure Octaports to the front of boxes. Before the fronts are mounted, I take the Octaport, put glue on one end, put it where I want on the front piece, then place a 45 lb. weight on top of the port. Then just let pressure do it's job and create a tight bond.

Btw guys, my girl bought this for me. She loves bass and wants this to be our show truck. I found my wife lol
