What should I do to get the screws that hold the 15" basket to the magnet out?

I got my recone/basket in today and i cut my old sub up and was about to put the new one together when i realized that it didn't come with a gasket. will running it without the gasket for a few days hurt the woofer in any way?

extended cab f-150 and it's a single Fi BTL 15. Box is going to be appx 5 cubic feet and port is going to be tuned to 32 hz

As you read in the title and description I'm getting a Fi Car audio BL 15 and just need suggestions on what options I should get and dimensions on a box that I should build. I've got a 1994 extended cab F-150 and in the back have appx. 18x24 for the base of the box and wanted to know how tall I should make the box and how big I should make the port to tune it to 32 Hz.
