  1. Took a couple of vids but didn't realize my new phone was set to TV quality not full HD :banghead3:. So the quality isn't as good as it should be. Will get a vid later in HD.
  2. Bout to head out to do some tuning and take a vid or two.
  3. Doors are done. Sound pretty damn good for a total of $150 invested including deadener, amp, mids, and tweets. Amp is still on 0 gain from the Skar component set. Gonna do some more tuning tomorrow. Pics.
  4. Nice! Love a good budget build.
  5. Thanks. Definitely keep me posted on that. I have heard these don't like the lows to much. Hopin the bigger box and lower tuning will compensate for that. I will let you know for sure.
  6. Decal I had BHE-Matt make up for me. 4"x15.6" for the back window. Dude does great work!
  7. Got some goodies on the doorstep... Got to keep some Audiopipe in the ride. And my PSI sub gaskets.
  8. Nothing really, as you can tell the subs dont come with a standard gasket so im sure thats the reasoning for them. What he said.
  9. Neither can I. If it is anything like the APSM (which I'm sure it is) I should be just as impressed though. Loved the APSM I had.
  10. Thanks guys! Tracking states everything will be here by Friday with the last of it being the amp, subs, and fatmat arriving on Friday.
  11. Thank you. Yes, I if you are referring to the split by the port, they are being takin care of. There where a few frm the screws bein to close to the edge (even though I was using a pilot bit. I was squirtin some glue in them and clamping them till it dries. Worked pretty damn good, I just happened to miss that one.
  12. Oh, and got my tracking number from fixmyspeaker for the 2 gaskets. Hoping to have everything by the end of the week and install this weekend.
  13. Aight, changed my mind about the Peel & Seal. 25 Sq Ft fatmat Bulk Pack has been ordered.
  14. Just got a call from VVME, my subs and amp will ship out today! Mids, tweets, and voltmeter/fuse holder are in route. Believe my AP 4g is shipping today as well. Just waiting to hear from fixmyspeaker about the gaskets. Pickin up 2 rolls of Peel & Seal sometime this week to do the doors with.
  15. Thanks.
  16. Link to build log. He is about to swap the BC5500 for a Stetsom 7K. http://www.floridaspl.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24660
  17. Those are vids btw, just click the pick.
  18. 8 of em on a BC5500 in a Suburban:
  19. So, that's about where I'm at right now. Everything is ordered, just waiting for it to arrive before I can make anymore progress. Thanks for checkin me out.
  20. My fuse holder/distro block I ordered to split the 1/0 into 2 4g for the amps. Has a volt meter as well.
  21. I feel your pain dawg! I too am waiting for the FT-1's to come back in stock, but also the PWX6's too. Yes, I was going to run the PWX as well. So I just decide to go with the Audiopipe APMB6DC's and matching tweets. $80 compared to $200 makes my pocket happier...
  22. It fits!:
  23. Before routing: After:
  24. Box Build: Port was supposed to be 5 1/4 high, but ended up being 5 3/8's when I built it. So here is the adjusted design. Build Pics: My daughter and nephew bein silly:
  25. I've had these particular AP tweets before and while I agree they are not going to win any SQ competitions, they aren't bad for the money. Was planning on running Crescendo FT-1's, but they are out of stock.
