  1. Yea ebay was my best friend in high school but i want something with a warranty and with ours i can blow subs and just get them replaced, but i really wanna try some mach5s ixls If you want warranty, stick with Best buy. If you want quality and loudness minus the price tag, I recommend Audioque's HDC3's :] a pair will blow the **** out of your car So your saying the rockfords aren't aren't good quality i've heard some before in my uncles tsx he had a full blown sytem with battery's custom box all that jazz and they impressed me off a rf 500. and im basically getting the subs for a hundred bucks a piece before tax so i could go with like 4 12's if they could fit or 10's. and i dont have the funds to drop 500 bucks on subs mahn maybe after college i'll have dough like that.. Noooooo. I'm saying definitely go with the rockford amp.. RF amps are quite good for what YOU pay for :] that 1000 watt will do around 1300-1400 watts RMS and be 1 ohm stable. Just go for 2 Alpine R's 12" and wire it to one sub. You can always later add matching type R's or even just one more. R's sound really good considering and will be much louder and deeper than RF's subwoofers. So, RF amp, Alpine R's at Best buy Unfortunately, I don't think Best Buy sells the New type R's which are rated at 750 watts RMS? I couldn't find them on bestbuy

  3. Lol well, if its a good discount and you are 100% set on shopping at Best Buy for your product, definitely get two Alpine 12" Type Rs. They actually are pretty darn good considering they sell that them at best buy. Secondly, go with the RF t1000.1bd It's a better amp and is underrated by 30-40% :] I've seen BNIB Alpine 12" Arrghhsss going for $125 on forums so hopefully you get an even better deal lol

Thanks guys. Hopefully this will be a bit better experience :] If anyone happens to want a website designed, just let me know. I'm more than affordable and will work for audio equipment jkthedesigner.com Other than that, I come across good deals on audio locally so if you're looking for something say a JL 500/5v2 amp in mint, I can get one for a good deal and just ship it to you :] Just let me know if you need anything

Hey I'm Jim. I recently joined other car audio forums and got but raped for "scamming" when I legitimately purchased/traded for an item but turns out I was the one who got scammed in the first place. We can talk about that if you want. Anyways, I'm learning and getting into car audio more and more. I'm pretty occupied with school and running two web design companies I look forward to meeting everyone and if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask
