Yep, the 'ol teggy is in the background rocking the SQ side of things. I wanted him to do 10 10's but he opted for 8 12's. BTW: That was Sean with his crack showing in that one pic, not Hoss. Hoss should be in a street class since he technically is below the windows and doesn't have a wall. When it's all over with he will have two alts and two batteries though, so I'm not sure where they will put him. He is tuned to ~34 Hz in ~20 cubes before port and driver displacement.

We are going to do more adjusting on the x-overs this week and also work on deadening his roof b/c it sounds like a buzzing tin roof when the subs get going. Within the next few weeks we are also going to make trim pannels to clean everything up so it looks good. That truck is just nuts. Crazy loud...just crazy loud.

Fiberglass enclosures do cost quite a bit so be prepared to shell out the casssshhhhhh if you want one.

Sweet review. I love the SAZ 100x2 amp I've got now but I'm replacing it with another offering from Jake this week (more power). Two humbs up for the SAZ 2 channel amp and the sub amp. There are a lot of reason's why we recommend them on our Mag's.

The BM's are our mid-line driver and, like Ryan said, are only available in dual 4 Ohm. The Mag's are dual 2 Ohm only.

Probably not. We still haven't received the Tara Labs wire that we sent out months ago. I'm not letting another item leave our place due to that, and also due to the condition of the proto Mag when it came back.

The surround is smaller than the Mag's. The 1" surround on these drivers offer everything we need out of a surround, where as the smaller surrounds just wouldn't cut the mustard. I suppose we could have lowered Xsus by down-sizing, but where's the fun in that. And the 10's just look awesome IMO.

The ported enclosure recommendations for the claw Mag's are the same as our new Mag's. 2 cubes tuned to 27 or 1.5 tuned to 32 (although I strongly advise against the smaller box). Search on this forum for port area, other enclosure/tuning ideas, etc. It's all over the place...just gotta look a little harder.

The Sundown amplifier mentioned above coupled with any two of our BM's will be a solid performer. If you are looking for the closest thing to a Mag setup, the 12" BM's are where you'll want to look. However, the 10" BM models look SOOO damned good they're going to be hard to resist.

Sorry to hear that Brandon. You know that I've been there, done that. The cops will probably be absolutely NO help what-so-ever so don't count on them doing anything about it. If you find out who did it I'll make a road trip out there and help you take care of the problem.
