  1. Not a problem. Thanks for the review! If you can, just send it back our PO Box address (3082, Mooresville NC 28117).
  2. I've been to busy to stop and check the mail here recently. I'll do my best to get it tomorrow though. PS: Jordan, you're not in a fight club are you? If so, you know the rules and I want to join. PPS: You're girlfriend is pretty hot.
  3. Yep, you understood it correctly.
  4. The leads are explained on the 12" web page. They are also very large leads like Ryan mentioned, and they are very very flexible too...compared to other lead wires out there.
  5. Sweetness! I thought Bob might have been holding it for ransom there for a while. 'glad to see that he got it off to you. I just got off the phone with Chris about his order (above post). Time to drink a beer and hit the sack!
  6. I had reservations about sending it out, but it sounded so good that I had to get it to a few people. The chrome was too thick on the proto (it was outsourced locally and they screwed up) so the former hits the bad/thick chrome on the pole at/near 2" of throw. That particular problem (AKA: the ONLY problem) with the 15 will not exist on the production drivers.
  7. I am keeping the sale low-key, which is why it is not on the web site. The people that know about it are getting a hell of a deal before the price goes back up. We accept credit card payments via Paypal, and the other information is on our web page (last I checked it was).
  8. If a reviewee is obsessed with sub-30 Hz information, than maybe they have missed out what a great subwoofer should embody. The ability to play the sub sonic, lower bass, and lower midbass areas are atributes not commonly associated with single subwooffers. Sure you hear about "massive low end" or "midbass was killer", but you never hear a review that combines the two. When someone is ready to cross the boundaries into previously un-charted territory and audition a subwoofer that is capable of all of the above, the result is usually spear-headed with a "holy $hit" comment. Maybe we need to send one of our woofers to a magazine.
  9. About naming our drivers after the hundredth of an inch of what they actually are, yes I am kidding. About the original postee...you'll have to take that up with him.
  10. I suppose in hind-sight we could have called our 15's the 15.963.
  11. This guy is to subs as Hollis is to amps. 'not to say that he hasn't broken amps, but he's gone through a lot of subs.
  12. Nope, 2 cubes is just fine for a 12. Anything larger is just wasting space...unless you're doing some really wicked stuff.
  13. The new 12's technically like larger boxes than the previous models, but they will still do well in the shoebox sized enclosures. The 15's, on the other hand, will work well in smaller boxes than what our previous 15's were spec'd at.
  14. I'm calling Bob about that today. I haven't heard anything about the 15.
  15. 900 watts RMS rating on the 12 and 950 watts RMS rating on the 15. The latter is not a power requirement, nor is it a thermal rating. The previous versions withstood over 3k watt burps, but of course that is not recommended by any means. Burnt coils are not warranteed either, so the amount of power you throw on it is ultimately up to you. And yes, the drivers are only offered in dual 2 Ohm configuration.
  16. I figured it'd be better for me to ship it to you instead of Jordan in Cali shipping it to Canada.
  17. Bob is installing it tomorrow. Hopefully I'll hear from him shortly.
  18. I know your driver isn't stolen. Your particular driver is just like the version before it (12-spoke basket) but without a logo on the dust cap. The new drivers that are coming out are a completely different cup of tea.
  19. No problem. No severe pressure, just get it out when you can. Thanks man.
  20. If you have a driver without a logo, consider yourself lucky. You are one of about 10 people that got drivers before the rest were stolen from us. Every other SI driver had a logo...unless you bought a stolen one, which I highly doubt.
  21. My modded A600.2 might be for sale soon. 980 watts RMS with a 55 amp fuse in it, and now has a 60 amp fuse (the amp can handle it all day long). It's white and in good condition (almost better than how I got it).
  22. I've replied to everyone who has emailed me about doing re-cones. As Ryan said, we can/will do them once the new drivers arrive. I'm actually trying to get some in before the new drivers are available. Right now, however, we simply don't have anything to repair drivers with.
  23. No email from Ryan, so go ahead and send it back to me. I'll PM you with the addy Jordan.
  24. Ryan, what do you need exactly? If you want the proto, just let me know. Your new addy will be just below where I live ... that is, if you're going to be in SC. So until I hear from Ryan, I won't be sending you a PM Jordan.
