I'll try the new tape I bought. Hopefully it won't pull off the under color. To avoid the top color pulling, I can try to peel it before the plastidip dries.

Because it's not adhesive stuck to the edgeline of the materials.If I took it to the pressure wash car wash and focused the stream directly on the beginning of the color, it would probably lift. Hand wash is fine. I've washed it twice already between color and scheme changes. No issues.

I did buy some painters tape fir 'sensitiv' applications. Kind of afraid to try it though.

that's actually a great idea. Although, it's really hard to mask off the plasti. Last time I did, it ended up peeling the plasti with the tape. Epic fail. Had to redo one whole side when I did black/gray. The spray from the can is somewhat precise, allowing you to cut in a fairly decent line like pictured in sample picture.
