		Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Quartz guys: The house I just bought has quartz countertops. Judging by the rest of the kitchen, I'm guessing are about 8-10 years old. They have some scratches and look a little dull. Is there an inexpensive method to re-condition them to look 'new' again?

Scored more if this deadener from Tantric sounds, as well as a few more caps needed to complete my bank. Things are looking up.

Now you can have both buss bars up top. It should be easier to work with. So how many banks does it total out to now? indeed. So much easier. 18 banks total. I have room for 20 but I just gained a huge amount of reserve so I think I'll just leave it for now. Going to try to do the reconfiguration this weekend.

First layer done. What a PITA. This stuff if definitely hard to deal with. Solid as a rock though.

It's stuff from overseas. Very heavy and very expensive. I do believe Murphy at tantric had some fir sale. Not sure that he's calling it his own though. Although I don't follow his products much, except what I see on Facebook.

Oh you have stout deadener? Just over 1/8" thick. once heated with a heat gun, it turns hard as concrete. Oh and I have these for the more contoured areas.

yes and in turn I can make 3 more banks of 15v.The good thing here is that every cap you add in series divides your capacitance. So by dropping 1 cap of of each bank will increase the capacitance of each individual bank. Thid will also give me 15 more caps to make more banks with. I have a few spares to make up the difference as well.

Well it's looking like the new amps will be optimal at 15.5v, not 18v like originally projected. Now I'll have to rebuild my cap bank to maximize capacitance. Ooh fun. Actually works out greatly in my favor.

Thanks. I have high hopes, but we all know how that goes. Better hit high 59s though.

I peeled off some Fatmat brand. Who knows what all was up there. Most of the foil backing was already removed. What you see is the way I found it.
