  4. I'm really just begining. Stefan told me about it then I saw you implementing it in your thread. Seems a lot of bodybuilding guys use it. Great to shred plus meeting all your macros helps with the strength and muscle.

  8. Today was 7 egg whites 3 whole eggs Sirloin 1/2 lb patty Cup of spinish Flax flat bread 1lb ground turkey 4 Whole wheat tortillas 2 cups of veggies Snacks totaling about 300 calories. All from 1pm-7pm 6 hour window Back and biceps Calories burned-3237 Calories in - 1970 P-199 C-121 F- 79.5

  10. I'm using myfitnesspal to log all my calories and a Body Media armband to track my daily calories burned. I'm averaging roughly 1800 clean calories intake and burning 3600-3900 daily.

  12. The juice fast was temporary. IF can be done forever. Its really about nutrient timing.
  13. I was going to resurrect my old thread but since I'm starting at about the same place, ill just start a new one. Starting weight 299 as of July 5th BF% 33 I did a juice only diet for 4 weeks. Lost 22 lbs. Did the 7 small meals a day diet, gained 10 of that right back. I started Intermittent fasting. Eating 2 meals a day within a 6 hour window. 2000 calories 200+ g of protien 100 carbs (only on heavy lift days) 50g fats I'm 268 another month later Total lost in 2 months 31lbs BF is at 28.3% Ill be updating weekly from here.

Dumbed down for performance enhancement reasons, they can help build muscle without complele destroying your natural testosterone production.The FDA hasn't put them in the androgen category yet so they are not illeagal in the same severity. Some people combine them with SERMS after they use strong drugs. They feel it helps them "keep their gains". still legal to buy at the moment. Amazing gain and weight loss from what I have been reading. Sounds legit to me. Less side affects and a fraction of the price of my last gear cycle.Not nearly the same awesome results. Not even 75% of the same. But yes, it works.better than fed time...You assume that they are legal. They are not. Just grey area on the exparamentals, and not felony in small quantities, but enought will get you in trouble. If you consume any of them you are breaking the law. true. For research only. Not for human consumption.

A SERM is used to block estrogen in the system from testosterone aromatizing in the body and converting to estrogen when testosterone levels get high. A SERM will only block the receptors so estrogen cannot get in so there is a high likelihood that you could have estrogen rebound after stopping the use of a SERM. Estrogen is what will cause men to get gyno and grow tits. Its better to run something like Aromasin in a heavy cycle. Aromasin is an aromatase inhibitor or (AI) and it actually reduces estrogen instead of just blocking it so you won't have to worry about estrogen rebound after stopping the AI as long as you stop using it roughly 2wks after a cycle as most testosterones that are used in a cycle have a half life of 2wksI'm not going to run another cycle. SARMs require far less pct.

  17. The Edge is the worst Ford too. Should be replaced pretty soon a side from the steep drop off of the nose of the car, we really like our edge. Not too fast in way of performance but suits my wife well. Tiny bit too small for me to drive with carseats in the back though.

We used to suspend it in grapeseed oil and intermuscular inject. You can also crush it and make a paste to rub on you arm.Tren is small enough to pass through skin. Many use DSMO to help it through. Testosterone is mostly too large to pass through skin with any reliable rate. They estimate a 10% penetration on healthy, just ten hhed skin with dilated pores and capillaries. Teen is more than tripple that on a bad day. I know a lot of power lifters but using without an Rx scares the Fuck out of me. scared me too but it passed rather quickly. My first cycle was test tren HGH stack. Holy awesome results batman. If I could score dome now I would totally do it. The cutting abilities if Tren are fantastic.

  23. I only left them near heat for a minute. First time I've messed them up.EV Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and red chili flake. Medium heat grill a few minutes then rotate. Done kind of firm.
  24. 14lb brisket, 6 racks of pork, 18 ears of corn, crockpot full of charro beans, asparagus, 2 small cakes. About 14 people eating and very minimal leftovers in the fridge. Succes I suppose. Need to sharpen my brisket game for sure but the rest came out perfect. Well the asparagus was a hair over cooked. I only like it grilled and I lost track if it while tending to the ribs.
