  1. I don't cook spares. Don't care for them
  2. Dinner. 1030 pm - 4pm equals just about right from what I have read. This is my first brisket. My ribs usually take 7-8 hours. I also have a leaky smoker. I was surprised to see it maintained 215 all night long. Had to add fuel about 6 o'clock this morning.
  3. Brisket has been in for 10 hours. Baby backs are going on now. This might be my biggest spread.
  4. fresh squeezed juice from raw fruit and veggies. Make it once per day and drink off of it all day. YouTube- Fat, sick, and nearly dead.

  8. I bought my Large that was a floor model, they chipped the bottom, threw in a bunch of free stuff and knocked down the price. that's a win!

  13. I may just get the large. I'm sure if I shopped around I could find one for cheaper than 1100. Hell I could get a pair of tires for the SS for that.
  14. agreed. That's absurd. For 1500 I could have a complete basic outdoor kitchen. I plan on turning this house in a few months and don't plan to make any permanent changes.Rusted out smoker box for now I guess. I searched craigslist for a used one. Not much luck.

  19. The obvious even heat retaining properties of ceramic. Its time for a new smoker, so I figured I would try out an egg. Seems very versatile.

  22. I'm looking to get rid of my rusted out side box smoker and getting an Egg. Any suggestions on which size to get and accessories? We generally do cookouts of 15-20 people. Nothing too crazy. Mostly steaks and ribs.
  23. I've helped on a cobra which wasn't bad at all but the GTM needed a TON of bodywork. Too much of a pain in the ass MHO. But if you like that sorta thing nothing exceptionally hard to build. I think he has about 2,000 man hours in the build. The Cobra was around 500 I am in no way a body guy. May need to rethink that. I had not heard of many body fitment issues. Might be time to dig a little deeper.
  24. I have considered building a factory five car myself. Can be done relatively inexpensive and badass pretty much any route you go.
