Oh come on, Pittsburgh Style, or to you Canadians Black & Blue, to me I'd call it extra rare. Of course depending on the cut, a little fattier cut like a ribeye really should be cooked more, perhaps rare. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The thing with a ribeye is that if its too rare its a hassle to eat bc its too chewy. However I do like my steaks pittsburgh rare if its a sirloin of some sort.
