I'm going to try baking the garlic so long it becomes spreadable. maybe I can put them in some olive oil on a supe rlow temp for like an hour while I clean my poor car.

ok I have foil. Mostaccioli with gaaahlic sauce and cheese on the top and garlic bread I made the other day. Extra garlic on all above.

ramos what do you have to do differently with baked pasta to ensure that it isn't too dry? or do you extra-sauce it?
