No doubt I'll put those XP's to work and Ill have some feed back. Cant wait to run them since the things Ive read even one should but my Extensive Amperage 250 to shame. One question i wanted to ask was in any alt internally what is it that makes it cause that buzzing sound? and why is it so hard to get alt to suppress it. I was going to start another topic for that but might as well ask here.

Thanks bro , ya i was really on edge about ordering since i seen some of the bad stories on here but since its the only company the even makes a bracket for my Diesel truck i just bit the bullet and said screw it I'll give it a shot.

So i finally put in my order for dual 270 xp's and the bracket. The two T4000's and the T1000.4 are dieing for the power. Luckily I'll be in town to pick it up , so I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

Lets see, mostly put the inside back together, wire up a T400.2 and the DLS UP's. put the box back in and bed cover. Then just wash her up and roll it. Also on the electrical I'm trying to get some Dual Alts. But I'm still wanting on DC power to price it out for me. Sctrach that the duals just got ordered, I just called instead of waiting on the PM's, there pricey tho no doubt . The Extenvive Amperage 250 has been a good alt for the two years its been there but we need alot more power and 400amps at do it..idle 600 when its driveing should do it

Oh god... *shakes head*.... Im not going to knock whoever built that kit, but that setup is just fail fail fail... Why? 300 amps on a 1.8" pulley with about 45º belt wrap=disaster waiting to happen.. If you're going to delete the A/C, brackets for that will be cake, hell I have an engine here now so that's a walk in the park.. On the low mount, if I get some dimensions from you, I could do a low mount dual for the Astro, but I guarantee it wont be anything like pictured.. For that matter, I could do a triple setup if your doing an A/C delete.. Either way, can do it no problem. Will do that, 2, 270XP's and a 6.7 Cummins dual kit it is.. PCM bypassed and Internally regulated with 15v regulators is a freaking sweet setup on the Cummins engines.. Cool just let me know what you can do price wise what you can do for the whole package.

Would you be able to do a Dual alternator bracket for the 2008 Dodge 2500 Ram Cummins 6.7? If you can I would be interested in a price for two alternators and bracket kit. If you need to take a look at the truck Im going to be in the SoCal area in April. Let me know if we can work something out bro..

Started getting the roof braced up and deadened... First we filled up the the empty spots in the brace.. Then added bracing. There 10 gage steel strips. Bonded them using panel adhesive, there under a lot of tension so there holding the roof solid. Did one layer of deadener. Theres going to be a total of two layers.
