The reason why people recommend Class D amps for subs is it's usually a better bang for the buck, but more importantly, it's efficient power as well. ARC Audio makes some wonderful amps. I am still looking into getting one of their CXL amps for my front stage...only wish it had a 24db crossover Their 2500 and 1500-dr amps would be the amps to look at for sub duty..

Myth... 15 goes a tad lower and a lil steeper of a roll off on paper....but that's on paper..2.5 sealed sounds like a recipe for a Mag 15... Mag 15 WILL yield as good SQ as the Mag 12..no question about it...

I'm torn between the following choices in amplifiers... JL 300/2 Audison LRx 2.250 ARC Audio 2100CXL Linear Power 2.2hv PPI ART A600 I have been told that my Koda's will take full range..but that's just not floating my boat at this moment..probably cross them at 60ish..so Out with the LP and PPI... Someone either suggest something new..or help me make up my mind. The only difference with the other 3 is price. With my budget...the ARC and JL will have to be used, while I have a chance to get the Audison at a great price. Last real difference between the 3 is crossover ability...the JL has 12/24db selectable, while the Audison and ARC have only 12db. I guess the real question is...do I pay less and get a used ARC or JL, or do I pay more and get the unknown Audison with the warranty?? One very interesting and cool thing to note about the Audison is it's ability to yield 2-3 remote turn on OUTPUTS...very interesting...and perhaps useful to me.. Anyone care to push me in the right direction??

After getting off the phone with Nick on friday night...I had already decided on one... After talking to him on the phone on monday night.... He's got $700 of my bones I gotta talk to him about getting me a pair of 6.5 307's so I can really call it Stereo Integrity driven.... It's a plague...it really is...one moment you swear not to...the next moment you have 2!!!! I even convinced 2 friends to buy two... Can't believe I'm handing Nick $1400 2 Original 12's, 2 new 15's...I can officially say I have a Stereo Integrity Collection...
