I'm with Damian on this one....I'm curious to see how the top end handles in matching up with horns that drop AS LOW AS 1.2k...make me a believer...

I don't believe there is an amp out there with 4 guage speaker terminals...if you can do it...all the wasted time and effort to you...won't give you any benefits over something like 12 guage wire... 12 is typical for sub... 16 guage.....?????!!!!.....cheap ass...

Anything from 12 guage to 8 guage will work just fine...

No...I don't believe I said anything about the 8" to my recollection...other than commenting on it being in Nick's hands at one point... It will use similar technology as Nick has said...with some very impressive specs that would seem rather tasty in my own car....IF I had the room to vent them in my doors of course... And I do not believe I have compared the 8's as of yet...seeing as there really is only one or two out there I'd even bother to compare them to...and they have VERY different applications all together...

Those 6's in the kicks won't be the easiest thing in the world to angle and aim properly...get me some picks when you get a chance there Kevin...

Let me know when you get them in Nick...I'm in need of some representation on my car...

It looks like a very nice 8"...frequency response is great..price is even better.. I was thinking of calling it the "Integrate 8" as a lot of people use the 8's in the doors to integrate their sub stage and their front stage with that key missing element..the midbass!

There is no update...the point of the thread was for everyone to take a weeks worth of a chill pill and relax..that way it's a little bit more rewarding to us when we just magically hit you guys with something on the forum... SX was suppose to be tailored as an SPL monster for RE...just short of the XXX...doesn't sound as great as the XXX... For sound quality..I'd take the Mag easily... For all out SPL..you'd probably want to settle with the SX...

Hmm? You don't like the Mag sealed? none of the mags look GREAT sealed...it's just the truth...but you just need to put it in your car...you will be stunned...

-Manual- Put it in a functional box..hook it up either in series or in parallel....

50 may or may not be too much...you just gotta play with it I guess...no MAGICAL number for it really...try 35.. The driver is sickly efficient and accurate...you will have no problems..I assure you of this

NO such thing as hitting too low...???? It will respond just like it's suppose to...accurate as all hell...

The Mag has never modeled well in WinISD...and the in-car response seems to yield far better results than what is shown on paper. The Mag however, does like a box more around the 4 cube area for a ported application (on paper again..so who the hell knows!?!?)..I would be eager to hear any results you may have if you do indeed decide to purchase one. My experiences... 2 12's in 4 cubes tuned to 28hz....REALLY FREAKIN LOUD...and it didn't really peak...I was surprised to say the least... 2 12's in 3.5 cubes sealed....NO PEAK..still pretty loud....but in an SQ setup...sounds absolutely BRILLIANT She loves power....and she only talks to you when she's a bit upset.... Port area..I only gave my 2 12's 40sq in...and I think I was choking them a bit...try playing with 50-60 for fun ...this may be a good question for Loyd...
