i really dont know this is my first build do u have any guess on how big the box should be or rough dimensions It depends on big of a driver you will use, 12" or 15"? The same Choas series? 12" and no i actually found a earthquake subzero sbwoofer for 200 Subzero Subwoofers this is a link of it. it has a mounting depth of 7 1/2

You can port any size driver, I have seen a 6.5" driver ported before. sweet im prob gonna get a 12" earthquake subzero it has a mouting depth of about 7 1/2

Thats not a trunk. Sounds like a couple shoeboxes. If thats all the room you have, it will be tough. haha i know i hate it. and its a convertible so i cant put it in the back of the car

could i port the 12?

i wanted to know if i could make a ported box with a small trunk. the dimenions are 11 1/2 height, 15 depth, 46 length. thanks

is it more sq or spl? install dependent, in a sealed box to spec (messed around with stuffing too) it wasn't loud enough for me on ~500rms. now when i slapped it in a nicely build ported box it sounded much better. stayed accurate and had nice output. i cant compare it to anything in the price range but if you give us your budget, music tastes and goals we can help you pick the right sub. okay my budget is 800-900. i listen to a lot of rap so its mostly boomy bass. and i want to go ported but i dont know if i have the space for it.

so ive been recently looking at two subs the fi ssd and ascendant audio arsenal both 12" what is the big difference between these two? i know that the fi take 800wts and the arsenal 500wts and their mounting depths are close.

high school during the week. and finally found a job working on the weekends 12 hrs a week. gives me sum money for gas, fun money , and soon enough my two 12 " ascendant audio subs.

go on dB-r Electronics for cheaper sundown amps. you can get the sae1200d for 217 but it depends on which sub your getting

yeah havent heard the fi q but have heard l7 vs fi bl and fi bl vs fi ssd all 15" i personall dont like the square subs. and the fi deleima is how much power your car can handle
