Thank you again everyone, you have all been very helpful I appreciate it. For an enclosure I like the looks of a kerf ported 5 cubic foot box. Does anyone know if these are difficult to build? Or would you recommend a different type of enclosure?

Thank you bigfrank for the Alternator sites. I am planning on building a 5 cubic foot ported box. For the subwoofer placement would you guys recommend facing it towards the cabin of the vehicle or facing it backwards toward the license plate or maybe even upward? I currently have a 1999 Nissan Maxima but I may be getting a SUV around Christmas.

Alright thank you guys, I will go with the Dual 2 and I was planning on getting P Chamfer and HiXmCoil. I have not started looking at any alternators yet. Does anyone know if the AudioQue amps are reliable? I have done research on them and have only heard good things, especially for the price that they are. Again it's the AudioQue 2200D.

Hello, I'm planning on building my first system and I am wondering what specifications I should get on my FI 15'' BTL. I want to get it to 1 ohm, so would I go with dual 1 or dual 2? I am going to buy an AudioQue 2200D, it is 1 ohm stable. I am going to do the Big 3 once I buy a new HO alternator. Any tips and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.
