Questions about two 12" BL setup
Ok so I have a few questions about getting two 12" Fi BL's, I want to buy two of them, but want to make sure they will fit in the trunk of a Honda Accord Coupe first. They will be powered by a Cadence ZRS-8 which will do around 18-1900 rms @ 1 ohm. 1. What size of a box will I need for two 12" BL's 2. Will the subs be louder if they have there own chambers/port? 3. What does the box need to be tuned to for them to sound the loudest but still sounding good with music? In case you need to know what type of music I listen to, I listen to a pretty wide variety such as, hip hop, rap, screamo, metal, some techno, and alternative.

Help choosing new subs
It will be going in the trunk of a honda accord coupe, I would like 2 12" subs unless a 15" will suite my needs better, I want something that is going to pound and sound good off of 1900 rms. What else do you need to know for me to be more specific?

Help choosing new subs
I mostly listen to metal, screamo, hip hop, rap, some techno, and sometimes alternative. So I listen to a variety of music, but want something that will have some high output off 18-1900 rms.

Help choosing new subs
Well I am pretty sure that I want to do two 12's because of the cone area advantage over a single 15". I will look into the new Icon haven't heard of a new version coming out! I also haven't done the Big 3 yet, but will do once I get a new vehicle. Trunk space will probably be the same in the next vehicle I get, but I am trying to piece together a setup that I can throw in my new car when I get one. Then I will do all the fun stuff such as Big 3, ditch the rears get amp+front stage setup, and sound deaden trunk/doors. I just don't want to rush anything because I want to have one bad ass setup, which is why I am asking for all the experienced forum members advice

Help choosing new subs
Sorry about that, it's a 12", the box is 2.3 cubes, tuned @ 33hz. I'm not sure what you mean by "sub/port placement" . Here is a video of it, if it helps.

Help choosing new subs
So right now I have a Cadence ZRS-8 (site says 1500 rms @ 1 ohm, but really puts out around 18-1900 rms @ 1 ohm), and a RD Alpha V2. I want to upgrade so I can get more output, I was thinking either going a single 15" or two 12", it can't be anything that will only fit in a SUV because this will be going into a trunk of a '98 Honda Accord Coupe, my budget is $500 (i would prefer used so I can buy the sub(s) cheaper). I was thinking about a 15" Xcon, 15" BTL, two 12" Icons, or two 12" BL, I am also open to other suggestions.

Fuse Question
I will be using either 1 or 0 gauge. I did read it all, but didn't see anything that told me what size of fuse is best used with 1/0 gauge wire and 2k rms.

Fuse Question
Let me try asking my question in a different way then. What size of fuse would work best with 2k rms?

Fuse Question
From some posts I've found online it says that with 1500-2k rms I should have 2 gauge wire. I will probably do 1 or 0 gauge since I see lots of that for sale, so if I put in either 1 or 0 gauge wire and a 250 ANL fuse, would that work or is a 250 fuse to large and if something were to act up would my amp blow (Cadence ZRS-8 1500 rms @ 1 ohm, really puts out around 18-1900 rms), or would the fuse blow?

Fuse Question
It is from a forum member on another site but I haven't done the "Big 3" yet because I am trying to sell my car and am just trying to get the equipment I will need so I can do the "Big 3" once I get a new vehicle. I doubt he has a 250 fuse but I will see. Will I be doing a 250 fuse with 2k rms for now? (won't be putting out 2k rms until I get a new vehicle though)

Fuse Question
I can get a Tsunami 1/0 Fuse holder (new) with a 250 amp fuse for $20 Shipped. So I have three questions. 1. Is this a good deal? If so, then I need help answering a couple questions. 2. I currently have a 90 amp fuse and have a Cadence ZRS-8 doing around 1800 rms probably. I am pretty sure the 90 amp fuse is bottle necking the power (if I have my volume all the way up), will this fix the bottle necking problem by going to a 250 amp fuse? 3. Is 1/0 good enough for 2k rms?

Could you guys help me with this.
Just out of curiosity, but what subs and amp are you using that will be doing 4k rms?
