  1. Okay, I think I will consider that. Hopefully they'll be around by the time I have enough money. To the jerk-off that did the "I'm with stupid" sign, blow me I'm new to this stuff. I have only limited knowledge, and it's obvious if I'm asking for help. Thanks to those who've put up with my retard replies. I hope to have this build going soon,
  2. Lanzar OPTI2000D ran at .5 ohm? 2000w RMS. Would this amp get the job done?
  3. Okay, the woofer is Dual 1 Ohm. I'll be putting it into a 92 Jeep Cherokee Limited. (90 Amp Alternator in the Limited Version.) Right now I'm looking for an amp. I'm making a new box for it, I have the MDF and am just waiting for the time to invest. (Winter Break) Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
  4. also, if anyone rather talk to me in a faster manner I have an AIM s/n : ashton the elite I know the name is ridiculous. I've had it since early high school when Halo was the big thing.
  5. If thats the case then one of these would be perfect. A little headroom wont hurt either for down the road. AQ3500D lol, thats funny. I feel like one: thats too much, and two: that'd break my bank. but thanks.
  6. Cause I can always save a while for it. I'm buying it all piece by piece.
  7. As a matter of fact go ahead and up the budget, I'm talking 500-600. Thats on Amp. I'm buying the sub itself from a buddy for 350.00
  8. Rated power output ----RMS power, 2 ohm linkable/dual mono 3000W x 1CH ----RMS power, 1 ohm mono 1500W x 1CH ----RMS power, 2 ohm mono 800W x 1CH ----RMS power, 4 ohm mono 400W x 1CH You say the sub is 2000w RMS, how exactly would I wire it with this amp to have that amount?
  9. Will as I said, I'm open to suggestions So if there is something I can work towards getting it.
  10. I mean anything reasonable really, I want something that will be able to power it sufficiently. Maybe even overpower it a tad. 200-300?
  11. Thats the thing, I'm getting the sub and thats it. The amp I was potentially getting was the Hifonics Brutus 2000w.
  12. Yeah, I'll agree with what you said about the sentence. Anyways I'm still a noob when it comes to systems, I've read a lot but it's a little hard for me to put it all together in a way that makes sense.
  13. Hi, I'm building a box for a 15" BTL. My concern isn't neccesarily the box, but more technical things rather. For example I would like to know how much wattage/rms I can pull from having only one of the 15's. What would be the best way to eliminate distortion when running the speaker? I plan on running a xover so besides that I need help. I'm selling most of my old handmedown stuff and starting fresh. So, Since I don't have anything put together yet, I would like to have some suggestions on the best setup for having only one of these. It's going into the back of my Jeep Cherokee 92'. I have a few box designs up and if I can xfer them to my computer I will post them as soon as possible and start progression pics.
