Ok ...3 cubes, I know the last box was way too wide... and also a little too high.... I need to go measure... its confusing though because the Charger trunk starts to slope down

I'm just running a zx750.1 and I might add a small amp for the 6x9s... but in general I'm not trying to go past 1000 watts. I probably will do some electrical upgrades, look into doing the big three... capacitors seem to be more of a pain in the ass in the long run for me.

Yo I'm getting an IA Lethal Injection, and I'm more than sure I will get these guys to build me a box... we should both have some nice setups in the long run.

Fisher Customs, had some shipping issue to my area according to their site.... Audible Customs had a taxing issue within our state, so then I rushed and got a shop to build a box. The box they built was 200 dollars, and it didn't fit by inches... but they went by the specs I gave them... so I was the one in fault. I really need this box, and after seeing a post about another box being 170 shipped.. that sounded nice. I need it to fit my 09 Charger SXT... if you've had any experience with Chargers that would be cool to tell me ( so I know you have an idea of what you're working with... I can still get measurements. The last box I had went by the dimensions of the smaller icon 15" enclosure provided by SSA in the tech section...too big. This box needs to be smaller then.. well that's obvious but alright hit me up.

I liked my SSD, it got really nice and low.. defiantly a good deal.. hope the price doesn't go up with the new upgrades.

\ I know, they're tuned a 32hz and like 35hz.. maybe 38hz... but not 40hz. They have some alright looking boxes if you look.. the port area I kinda worry about .

Actually the boxes on ebay from sonix whatever, are tuned at a decent frequency. I would just be more worried them about having enough port area.

Any info on making the spacers, what you think about the box?

I don't know exactly at the moment, I'm going to try fitting it again tomorrow. Its the slope in the charger interior is where in particular I think I loose the extra inches, there is some trunk lining that maybe removable. I just don't know what would be exposed if I took it out the charger. This is hella shitty, I also bought 6x9s for the doors that didn't fit, but I think there is a spacer for that kind of thing... the magnets were too big to be specific.

The box isn't fitting, FUCK. Its my own fault, should of measured twice.... its so close to fitting too. I'm at a point where I just don't know what to do now, this defiantly saddens me. I guess I have to have another box built and designed.... putting the other one up for sale. My own stupidity brought this upon me.

I see you want to go with a lot of additional customizationsso the box, I like my designs a little more simplistic. Good shit none the less.

Looking sick, never really seen any work done with plexi that wasn't just for show but is also made for outstanding performance. Can't wait to see the progress on this, should be nice... good work as always.

Thanks, I'm stoked on this install.... new car, new subs, new 6x9s.... then its on to the tint and rims( sound has to come fist). It amazing how car audio brings a new life to music, I just enjoy the music more( music isn't the same without a woofer).

Sub is on its way, box is under construction. Everything is going smooooooth.

Addiction is more than just a lack of will power or just a need to grow up, its a serious disease. If you had cancer, you would go out for the best treatment possible just to get well... same thing goes for addiction. Addicts are sick people, if a drug addict is arrested and placed in jail... that is no solution. Addicts are generally people who need help but in some cases that isn't so easy. some people will never come to terms with themselves. Its serious shit that has the ability to wreck you physically, emotionally, and even spread to affecting your love ones. .

All I know is I want it to be usb portable, thats what I liked about my last one.. I could just load up a flash drive and I'm good. Do some head units have a built in subsonic filter... that would be a sick option if available. Really don't want to spend too too much, but whats out there? I guess I'll get something around 300 tops. Does the Lethal Injection and the zx750.1 sound good?

All done with the fire hazard in the Civic, good thing all that is cleared up. So I'm expecting my 6x9s to arrive sometime this week, anyone have experience with the RE 6X9S?... Pretty sure they're the 3 ways. Going to be running to sets of those, and putting the lA Lethal Injection in the back. I'm going to have the shop build me the Icon box plans provided by SSA. Its the smaller ported 15" enclosure tuned at 30hz. Hoping everything goes smooth ....don't have a new head unit so I think I have to buy some part to hook it up to the stock one, not sure what its called at the moment( any ideas on hooking up to the stock head unit would be appreciative). I will be pushing the IA Lethal Injection with the zx750.1 and the charger has a bigger alternator then the civic so I'm curious as to how it will preform now. Will be buying a new head unit for it in the future.. any ideas on that? I'm just ready to get this all installed.. I'm curious as to how long on average it would take a shop to build a box. Sorry for the blabbering just stoked on the new set up.

Word, well I got the 15" Lethal Injection on its way, two pairs of RE 6X9S, and I just took out the zx750.1 out the Civic. I left all the wiring in and I know this is probably a stupid question.. but we are all here to learn... any piece of metal the wires hit sparking occurs.... besides chance of getting electrical shocking, is there anything I should be worried about leaving the wires unconnected? Want to get the question to that answer, but still wouldn't mind some more feed back and opinions on the setup. Went to the shop today to get an estimate, they were giving me some bullshit like I need to see the speaker and know how much it can handle. I told them of the subs capabilities and what I would be pushing it with but he said he would not give me an estimate. They wanted to know what kind of vehicle it was in after I told them I had sufficient trunk space... WHY THEY GOTTA TRY N STICK ME FO MA PAPER?

I was thinking about using the XCON desgin provided by SSA but I probably won't need all the extra port area, so I think I am going to go with the build of the smaller Icon 15" ported enclosure. Tuned a little lower than I wanted, but going to 30hz from 32 hz shouldn't be too too audible... agreed?

Audible is quite a drive out the way, and plus he said there was issues with taxing within the state. I like the idea of finding a free design and having another shop build it, making sure they have it clear on what I want... and I'm paying specifically for the design I will be giving them. Now it is off to the technical section I suppose, if anyone has any links to enclosure for a single fifteen, tuned at about 32 hz, and is suitable for the trunk of a Charger.. hit me up.

Audible Customs, was telling me something about an issue with taxing within the state at the moment. Pound That Sound is a nice option, but me building an enclosure is not an option, no tools or carpentry background. The enclosure is for a 15" lethal injection, needing to fit in a 2009 Charger SXT. I'm thinking 32hz for tuning, listen to mostly rap and want some nice lows. How much would shipping from Canada to New Orleans be(guesstimate)..... just saying it I'm thinking it gonna be costly.

Tried ordering an enclosure off the Fisher Custom site, then bad news comes. Something a long the lines of not being able to ship to my location and then I go to Audible Customs and they also can not ship to Louisiana at the moment. This is a big halt, as things were going so smooth.... while acquiring all the new equipment. I really don't have trust nor faith in the local shops around here, probably just as well off purchasing a prefrab from them but, I want to do things right. So if anyone knows of some legit people who could build me a bow and ship to Louisiana... that would be appreciative.
