you could use 2 4" ports. If you want to you can cut the metal brace out of the rear deck and get another 1" on top. Its not as strong but your not supposed to put stuff on their anyways

2 "3 ports. Unless you want to go slotted, cant help you there. You will have to remove the cargo cover/rear deck anyways. Unless you have a 20" sub, you have enough room back there for a enclosure.

You probably want to do a CRX style, sub back ports up. Unless you want a really big enclosure. My friends Teg got pretty dang loud for 1 SE 12 ported tuned low with only about 600W on it. The ports side fired because the install was meant to look nice and not take up a lot of room.

3-4 should be good. as long as its not structural you shouldnt have a problem
