the components are still around, they are just not advertised on the web page. contact nick directly to see if he will build you a set. the last i heard from him he is only going to be building very few sets and you have to talk to him directly. shoot him an email and see what he says.

well my mom called me at 11:30 this morning(and woke me up from my sleep on the couch) and told me that i have a package at home that came from Tn. so it looks like it has finally arrived. i will get to go home and see it thursday night, and hopefully i will have it installed next weekend. i still plan on going to other forums and leaving negative feedback in the for sale sections they have. i would not do business with dominick again, the customer service has just been attrocious. i would like to thank everyone here for their help though. i really appreciate it guys

thanks guys, i got an email from dom today, but it wasnt very assuring, nor was it apologetic in any way. all he said was "you should have your alt any day now". that is literally the only thing he took the time to type. at least it was something though... guess ill find out if it comes in the next few days.

the only update is that 14 days have passed since he recieved my money(not since i sent it...), and i still havent heard anything. he isnt responding to emails, isnt answering phone calls, isnt doing jack. and everyday i get a little bit closer to taking legal action. the voice of one person may not change much, but if you look on ca.com there are several other people going through the same BS with him. it needs to get to the point where he gets off his ass and runs his freakin company. edit: sorry if i seem a little pissy, but im getting pretty mad about the situation...

that helped alot man. thank you tons, you rock. i still think that some things oughta be done on the customer service end though... but at least hearing that has brought me some comfort.

and the dissapointment mounts... well things have gotten(in my oppinion) a bit shadier today... i called yesterday and suprise suprise, still no phone answering skills. i hang on the line to leave a message, but the beep on the machine when you normally start your message wasnt a beep, it was an electonic voice telling me that the message box was full and couldnt hold any more messages. so i try him again this morning hoping(in vain) that someone would pick up a phone. no answer, however this time the message box is not full and i am allowed to leave a message, and i proceed as normal. but here is what this means... people are getting these messages, and deleting theem off of the machine. so they know people are calling(and evidently several people are), yet they cant return a phone call and answer questions, nor can they reply to an email... im tying to be patient, but i am broke, i leave in the morning for school, i have severe electrical issues(including a failing alt), and now i have $429 unnaccounted for and i have nothing to show for it. oh yeah, and to make the day better, i got a ticket today. so yeah, life rules.

a direct quote from an email from him: "I can have that out in a few days" i dont consider 8 days without contact "a few days", and even so, why cant i get through to him with an email or phone call?
