  1. So the sitckers came rolled up with surprised me, i thought it would fuck the sticker up but it didnt I dont know if you are suspose to put the sticker on wet or dry but i had to put it on wet because i knew it'd be a bitch to reposition it if it was dry lol At first i couldnt get the son of a bitch centered and even! but i got it perfect with time. Over all the sticker wasnt hard to put on, the letters seemed to stick th the clear layer of the sticker so i had to get my license out and wedge it between the clear layer and the letter. After i got the hang of it putting it on became very simple. I love how they look on my truck and i would recomend them to any AQ fan.
  2. I need to send it back and get a bigger size but here it is. (XL) I thought it would be a material like Jordan hoodys but sadly its not and the size is smaller then a M compaired to Jordan.. seems thinner cotten too The strings comming out of the hood are pretty sweet. Its like weaved with white and grey. The lettering seems pretty legit, i have a feeling it will shrink in the dryer so i have to hang dry it. The elastic type material on the bottom of the hoody and by my wrist is decent not too tight. Overall i am happy with the hoodys fi makes.. when i get the right size (XXL) ill be even happier. The measurements for the Large is: 26" long 20" wide and a sleeve length of 8" The measurements for the XLarge is: 27" long 22.5" wide and a sleeve length of 8.5" The measurements for the XXLarge is: 28.5" long 25" wide and a sleeve length of 8.5"
  3. Congrats with the wife! I was lovin' the 8" in the door lol made me want to do it. Vids would be pretty sweet!!!

  8. Im planning on sitting 4.5-6k I have 2k right now.. questions like this arent answerable because its mainly preference.. Is chocolate good? - obvs there is no right or wrong answer. Sit back and enjoy yr system Dont trying to find out how much is too much..
  9. DO NOT GET A PREFAB BOX I loved my PDX 1000, im sure youll be very happy. 1000 rms at 2 and 4 ohm is great with the impendence rise.
  10. Make it a single chamber box. (both share the same air space) Rewright your avalible space like this Box Width, Box Height, Box Depth. RE Enclosure Calculator ^that should help you understand how box specs should be.
  11. I think so.. my theory is the PDX wasnt putting that much of a strain on my little 78 amp alt so it was able to give it more of a steady legit power but with my AQ2200 its squeezing the shit out of my alt therefore the AQ doesnt have that steady power (voltmeter dances when its playing) sooo maybe/hopefully when im at a steady voltage ill get more of an output. Thats just a theory though..
  12. Yeah, its much much much better then it was in the begining.. but still not as good as the PDX I need a reallllly better electrical system dude, my headunit will power down once i start gettin the subs moving. I thinking im going to need to get a diamond plated toolbox in the bed to store the amps and batts. My designer gave me my specs on my box and its huge.. taking up ALL the room in my truck. Im going to need to take the seats and stering wheel off JUST to get it in there. AND i have to put the subs in BEFORE hand so that box is going to be one heavy bitch! Box is 8 cubes NET with around 135 square inches of port tuned to around 36 hz. Port is 6" wide Final box dimensions: 45"W x 20"D x 24"H -- with a double baffle
  13. Answer i was looking for, thanks bud
  14. Okay.. turn your headunit to the max volume YOU listen too.(Example 23/30) after setting the LPF and Subsonic turn the gain all the way up.. then get the "bass controller" and turn the knob up till you get it a soild red.. not blinking.. solid.. THEN turn it down VERY LITTLE!!! UNTILLL!! It starts blinking. done. BUT watch it so it never turns solid.. OR
  15. Great explaination bud
  16. As of now i have an AQ2200 and 2 12 Type R's.. I cannot decide if i want to get 2 more type r's or sell the current type r's and buy 2 15'' HDC3s(copper) If i was to get the HDC3 i'd buy another AQ2200, but if i was to get 2 more type r's i would just use the 1 AQ2200 I alrdy know im going to need more batts with the 2 AQ2200 then i would with 1 AQ2200 and possibly a bigger alt. Dont think about budget when picking between the 2 choises Thanks Dom.
  17. Yeah i just need it to help me with my issue.
  18. lWhat kinda of DMM should i buy? I looked at some today and they all had different power rating. 200-750volts sound good? to check an amp you will need a dmm rated for 200 vac or more ( that should be plenty of head room to test ) and one that also has a amp clamp that can do 100 amps ac would be nice but you wont NEED it but it can save you lots-o-time doing all the math. - Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices That one will work, yes?
  19. yeah 12volt.com.. thats the website i used to check it.
  20. You stole the words out of my mouth I was actually going to suggest that... a flat-billed fitted cap WOULD be awesome! Julian - If anything else, I'm not sure if you have a Lids store near you but they might be able to stitch the Fi logo on a plain black fitted cap.... the problem is that most places that do monogramming like that only work with preset fonts, but if you look around there are surely places that deal with more detailed customization (like alteration shops that do work for soccer/baseball teams) I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING!!! 59Fitted FORTHEWORD!!!
