Box is going to be $200 plus shipping. I'm figuring around $70 for shipping, $80 on the high end. If you could provide me with some max dimensions I would be more than happy to get you a design going. Also on the high end Fi recommends 4 cubes for the Q. Is there a reason why you wanted one larger than 4 cubes? Andrew

I received a quote back for the custom cut piece of Plexi, and I figured out that I can machine the window opening without the cnc. Add $100 for the cost of the window. I am going to continue to shop around to see if I can get a better price on the Plexi. Andrew

Fujitsu/Ten has pulled the Eclipse line of car audio products, which stopped me from getting a 7200 MkII. I would go with an old Alpine 7998 or 9835 if you can find one. Andre

Ok here is what I came up with. 14 deep 16.75 tall 43 wide Sides indented .75 inches 3 x 13 port opening 2.5 cubes .18 sub disp .068 bracing Double Baffle Due to how shallow the box is, the sub will be off to the right and port on the left, or opposite. Right now we are at $155 plus shipping. If you want to add the plexi window let me know because I'm going to have to schedule in some time with the cnc router I have access too and figure out pricing. Andrew

Ok I was able to redo the design a bit 14 x 22 x 35.375 I was able to fit the full 3.5 cubes SA recommends. 3.5 @ 33Hz 3.5 air space .28 sub disp .077 bracing 3.75 x 12.5 port area = 13.4 sq in of port per cube How does this sound? Andrew

Ok I think I found our solution 14 x 22 x 33.5 3.25 cubes net tuned to 33Hz 12.5 x 3.5 port opening .28 disp .077 bracing 3.25 air space I can try and up the air space a little to get closer to the 3.5 cubes. Andrew

Ok so it looks like its going to be more like 24ish rather than 19. If you want to get closer back to that 19 number we can reduce the amount of air space by a little. Andrew

Of course I think the Jeep are like the Tahoe's. Back seats are about 22-23 inches tall so I know exactly what you mean... Give me 5 min to adjust the design. Andrew

4-4.4 cubes is too much for the SA 12's as Jacob recommends 1.75 per sub. (If I understood you correctly on wanting 4+ cubes). I came up with: 3.5 cubes tuned to 33hz 3.5 air space .28 sub disp .077 bracing Double baffle 21 x 14 x 36 (is it possible to squeeze one more inch out of the width?) The sides are indented .75 inches. Andrew

Ok since the drawing is sort of basic I just want to confirm a few things. Subs up, port up? Black carpet. Are those the max dimensions you can work with? Also how many cubs did you want? I see you want about 33Hz tuning. Andrew
