PVC elbows are WAY different. ABS is a much thinner plastic. ABS servers a very different use compared to PVC in the construction world which makes them nothing alike. You want the end of the port at least the diameter of the port away from the insipid wall of the box. Andrew

how much will shippping be? Rough quote is $50. UPS has had rate increases every week for the last month due to the hike in fuel prices so it's hard to say how long that $50 estimate will be good for. Andrew

I was not able to shave much off because of how long the port need to be. I could switch it up to a labyrinth style port which would move the mounting location of the subs to the far right side of the box. Doing it that way might be able to get another 4-5 inches off the width. New Dimensions: 12 deep 12.5 tall 33.5 wide Let me know what you want. Andrew

If you can just send 25% right now which is only $38.75 I can get it started so that why it will be 100% done by the time you move. Are you able to do that? Andrew

After messing around with all the different design possibilities a Kerfed port is not possible either. The port is going to have to be 4 inches which so it takes up too much of the width to fit the large radius of the Kerf. If you are looking for more output I would suggest going with a high RMS sub such as a Xcon and the pairing it with a SAZ 1500D. Andrew

Due to the small height flush mount will not be possible on this enclosure so I will design with double baffle in mind though. Andrew

I would go with a simple enclosure. Sub back, port back. Put the box on the left side of your cargo area, with the port on the left side of the box and you will be golden! I will work on a design right now. Andrew
