Older ones are OK, the E36 (what I'm working on) seems ok. It's just that the owner of this particular E36 decided to wrap every single panel in vinyl and nothing fits right.

Be glad you're not working on a german car. I struggled for a few hours to put back the trim panels which hold the overhead upholstery.

Family reunion tomorrow. It's the family from my mother's side and I had an argument this summer with the "leader". Haven't talked to her since then and the whole family was banned from talking to me This will be pretty funny since she will take a stab at me, probably in an arrogant way.

About mid-November. It's not an issue money-wise (bumper + shipping is about $20) but I WANT that bumper. Curious thing is it should have been delivered to another location in Germany, so it took the shipping company 1 week and it still hasn't arrived...I sure hope it isn't on it's way back to the seller due to some fuck-up. Doesn't help that tracking works like shit. There are transactions and transactions, this is peanuts, one time I was chasing a $1k amp in France, with calls to the shipping company, post offices, the seller and then one day I get a phone call to pick up my package. The amp arrived alongside with a very expensive RC car.

German fucktard on ebay claims he did not communicate with me because my german is bad (it's actually Google translate). Hmph, I had to mention the police and internet fraud to get him to talk... I've sent him a message in english now, I'm curious to see if his high-horse attitude is still there. Is a tracking number just that fucking difficult to send ? I've kept records of ALL my packages sent outside the country, it's not that hard... And I keep the tracking numbers of all the packages I send locally until I get a confirmation that they arrived.

This BMW install clean-up is getting weirder by the minute. I'm finding tons of wires just dangling around, a complete mess of wire routing and even wires which are molten. It almost looks like whenever somebody worked on the install they ran new speaker wire, leaving the old ones in place. The whole car is better off getting totaled.

Hopefully it's nothing bad.

A high-school buddy of mine built his 3-axis CNC for very cheap, probably around $1k. He uses it for MDF though. But with the right tooling it could probably do metal.
