Your just making it complicated. Not saying this would be better, but I don't see why it wouldn't be awesome: Ditch the h701, and run a 3.5mm jack from tablet to 3.5->rca to minidsp, and your done. His done ? Anyway, if you need 4-way, then keeping the H701 is a sensible option. Why sell when you can reuse what you have ?

I hate the attitude of German engineers. If you work on their cars they force you through "guided fault finding". Basically they tell you to go to a certain "measuring block" or location on the scan tool. It is numbered, not labeled, so you have no idea what you are looking at, and they never give any indication to what you are reading. You may see, "go to cell 1, block 8/3. The reading should be between 75 and 100. If not replace item 1UA4". Why can't they tell me to look at the coolant temp sensor and determine if it is running at normal operating temp (from 75 to 100 Celsius)? Then let me decide if I should replace the coolant temp sensor, thermostat, or whatever other part of the cooling system that may set this code rather than throwing a coolant temp sender at it? Not every tech is a total fucking moron. Some of us can actually look at, understand, and interpret data... and surprisingly some of us can actually fix cars if the information is provided to us. Assholes. Stringent rules and no imagination does not make for a good sales lead. Our engineering team I respect, our management that is responsible for sales and such not so much. It seems however better than promising everything and after that asking engineering if it's possible to implement.

I'm working on Xubuntu at work, mostly running compiling scripts but I very rarely use the GUI. Terminal works so much better.

Latest release has some bullshit gui. Remove gui, run from console, win !
