  1. Demand for 6" in Europe was very small, that's why I figured 6" is not a priority at this point. If there is demand I will build a mold for 6" too.
  2. Well, I've never worked with PVC so it's out of my area of knowledge.
  3. Sorry, again part of my testing.
  4. Yes, for a permanent install once it's solid in place you can seal it with silicone or foam. I'm at work now and don't have access to my pictures. But once I get back home I will update with relevant pics
  5. I'll send you beer ... shipping would be like a million dollars though.. haha I have a general idea how you did it, but did you machine the mold? I was looking for someone to macine me a bell shaped mold, but Didn't know what to make it out of. The actual machining was the job of the machine shop. I handed drawings and it was their job to figure out how to do it.
  6. Sorry Julian, I've worked for 2 years on perfecting the molds and technique, I can't give it up
  7. One option is like the external version but it takes a big ring to do it. Never tried to screw them on though. I will make a jig this afternoon so that I can build them with a small flange, problem solved
  8. I don't know if you can see it, but they are floating in the air attached only with zip ties. Way less vibrations transferred to the case-less noise. Great idea and good work on the desk IMO, keeping the case down would also reduce a bit of the noise, because it's not there at head level.
  9. In the case of an external port which needs to be removable, I fiberglass them to an MDF ring so that the port will sit flush with the inside of the panel of the box. The ring is visible in 2 of the install pictures. If you want them internal and flush with the outside of the panel, just cut a hole as big as the OD of the flare, set the panel on a bigger piece and put the flare in the hole. Fiberglass / epoxy / gorilla glue (?) the flare to the panel and when it's cured the port will be solid. IMO it's the simplest way to get them flush with minimal tools. And it's strong, I've never had problems with that way of mounting. I will get a picture to explain the whole idea.
  10. Sorry for the confusion...I guess I have an excuse
  11. I was just messing with you guys
  12. I'll watch then mostly because I am partly skeptical about the story. Anyway, I don't see a bad part in scanning a face to aid in catching a wanted felon. Sure, they invade my "personal space" but it's my face and they can see that on the street. It's not like my face has something special that has to be hidden. A lot of things can be used in wrong ways if somebody wants it.
  13. Rubenen, that is a terrible analogy, FYI. Also, I can tell they are different because of the way they are aligned and positioned. Guess I'll have to post my reply here as the other thread got locked. ok, sorry my bad for terrible analogies, but at least I'm that much aware on amps to say that those 2 boards are identical if you don't look at the color differences. Besides mosfets can be horisontally placed, angled, vertical etc, dont mean that they don't use the same.. And the positioning is identical as well. But ok, let's know do you use FDA's IRFC's or am I way out of line for asking about specs that goes beyond what the basic eye can tell? What's the drain to source voltage? slew rate, what filters do you use LR, BW, 12dB/18dB/24dB? Little actual info besides claims of being a designer instead of letting people know what your real edge is. I just looked over this, same everything, except a bigger clamp instead of 2 different size clamps on the power supply section, it's there to hold an extra part along with the mosfet.
  14. I don't see any cars there
  15. Maybe I don't see through the whole thing and there really is somebody who pulls the strings and choses who gets killed and who doesn't...
  16. NWO etc etc ?
  17. I've seen the second clip, with the x-ray scanning. So, are they choosing people to be scanned at airports and ultimately killed ? This is just a bit too much paranoia...
  18. Huh ? You sold the AMG ?
  19. I don't know how big the swine flu was in the US but over here all sorts of conspiracy theories emerged, some saying that only the chosen ones will receive the correct vaccine and the others will receive the actual disease and die, or will receive a phony vaccine and the chosen ones will release the flu, with millions of people dying. Anyway, the tracking issue raises a few questions...if you are so concerned about being tracked through presumed camera systems, did you ever think that it's very possible to be tracked if you have a smartphone ? Have you ever concerned that if you open websites with Facebook's social plugin on your home PC you automatically are logged in and can comment ? Quite a good online tracking solution. How about Apple's friend finder on the iPhone ? Aren't they part of the NWO since they created something to track people ? Maybe my memory is failing but I think there was a big discussion on a camera system installed in London. The system was not kept secret, everything was public. I personally am unsure if there is a small elite pulling strings or if chaos rules everything...

    Awesome shots !
  21. DO IT!!! Sat over and thought about the extra expense with insurance and tax each year. Not worth it at this point This is the one for you sir: Now that's something I'd replace the Jeep with Safer, more reliable and still kick ass. I don't think it would fare so well in spl. And I can only imagine the look of inspection engineers when they would see a w123 on a 4x4 frame.
  22. Speaking of the Jeep, I scored a downpipe and crank position sensor for $25 and a set of road tires for $125. Running all summer on mud terrains was not nice.

  24. Sweet. CRISPY ! Every time I see electrical problems it reminds me of the backhoe catching fire. That thing has marked me to triple check everything, secure every wire and use all safety features (master switch, fuses etc)
