You wouldn't like where I went to school then. 3 days is a long time for an 8 pager. x2 <<<<< never wrote an 8 pager We used to write 2500-3000 word papers every 2 weeks in one semester. And my 55 page diploma project was written in about 10 days... wow, so was that required to graduate? Yup, 50 page minimum. And the 10 minute presentation was worth more than the paper + actual project. Hour presentation for mine and another hour to defend it Now that would have been ok. 10 minutes was not enough to even try to get them to understand FFT's. Let alone algorithms for detection, normalization, DAQ board -> PC transfer etc.

After that experience I will not go to get a master's at that university. Although I have signed up, and I'm accepted on a budgeted spot (which means free master's)

There has to be some place which stocks it. If yours are much larger than stock you need to re-gear to get a good mileage.

Pics of them in use, first two cars pretty much killed the competition and the last is mine, which can do 151+ on the dash with only 3500w... At one point I tested what a single 8" flare does and it gained 1.8dB. Just one, on the outside. And it's not the only case of a solid gain just by flares. The flares are made out of fiberglass and fit perfectly on Schedule 40 pipe, without the need of couplers or rings thanks to an integral collar which goes over the pipe.
