  1. Audison Bit Ten installed and running. With the Mini-DSP and only the front stage amps I had some metronome-like clicking noise. With the sub amp connected I had constant whine. Now with the Bit Ten I only have some barely audible alternator whine. The front oem speakers are dialled in, it sounds surprisingly good. So much so that I'm not in a rush to change the dash speakers. Some deadener love is required on the doors and I'll be installing the Extremis then.
  2. I lack the time for any gaming. Unless I'm visiting my girlfriend's parents and her 6 year old cousin is there, then we play Need For Speed 2 or Ignition in split-screen
  3. Bit Ten arrived yesterday. I hope I can install it today
  4. Cat is gone. Sorry man. :-( So long kitty, be free in a better place. Sorry Matt Really sorry Matt
  5. Oooooooh, that one went under radar
  6. Yeah man, it's crazy, I really don't get it, it makes me angry and I want to tie terrorists behind my car, drag them around and bathe them in pig guts so that they won't go to paradise after they die.
  7. Booo I had all my cats die this year :|
  8. Amsterdam was nice. I want to visit it again. Same with Barcelona.
  9. It's hackable, not sure how easy though. Drivers for the touch-screen should exist, since it runs Windows.
  10. The one I linked is full-on Windows, that's why I want it too. But yeah, it would be a waste to not use that computer.
  11. Lucky bastard !
  12. I low-balled the seller of the Audison, $120 for a used Bit Ten, they all go for over $200 on ebay auctions. Now I need a DRC (another $110) and I will have a volume knob, sub level control and preset switcher, all from the dash
  13. Fuck, I'd pay that for a 9.7" retina display with a touchscreen mouse driver and display port or hdmi port Yup, I will pay that and live without 3G and GPS I've played with the older generation of that tablet, Teclast X90 3G I think it's called, and it's a nice experience. With 2GB Ram and that much display, you can't get a lot of performance out of it. The X98 plus is awesomesauce I actually meant I want it as a touch screen monitor. Would fit WAY better than what I have in the Escalade, but I need a display port and usb connection that works... A bit late now, but couldn't you replace your carpc entirely with that? Windows tablets work natively with USB OTG, I don't know about charging when using OTG.
  14. So then wait 20 days until the presale is over and buy it. On the same website you can find dual boot versions, Android only versions etc etc
  15. I'll probably get the Audison first, since the Miata will be back on the road in spring most likely and that's when it needs coilovers.
  16. Now I want the tablet, a Bit Ten and coilovers for the Miata. The coilovers jumped in price 50 euros (from 350 to 400) since I last checked and I fear they will only go up :| Decisions, decisions...
  17. http://www.gearbest.com/tablet-pcs/pp_259889.html Blows anything out there out of the water. Intel Cherry Trail, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 9.7" retina display.

  19. Nice car ! ! !
  20. http://www.gearbest.com/tablet-pcs/pp_259889.html I'm about to order it from there.
  21. Teclast x98 Plus. $185 from China with free shipping. Latest Intel Atom, 4GB Ram, 64GB storage, Windows 10 and Android 5.0, 9.7" retina display. NO 3G or GPS though. But it should blow anything out of the water.
  22. The Minidsp will get demoted to Miata use. I'm getting an Audison Bit Ten D for the Jeep, I just can't live with the sub crossed over at 55Hz, which is as low as the Zapco will cross it.
  23. For crying out loud, get it together, Sean !
  24. Tying to decide on a Win 10 tablet, there are very interesting options in China
