Welcome to the IHoP
If you are running a full ranger, I wouldn't worry so much about the midbass for staging reasons. Crossing under 3-400Hz won't affect it much. I would instead consider where you can get them more volume behind the drivers, if the kicks are truly vented outside and you can seal it off that would be my pick. I'll take a better look at it soon. Thanks for the help! tried to cut some of that post down.. so im a idiot. mounting depth on 6.5 sls is 3.30" so they will fit in the doors. im not going with the kicks because they would need some work to even get sealed up well and they may vent outside but they also vent up behind the dash. anyways, i think i will go with the sls in the doors, founteks in the a piller.. question on processing. im trying to spend about 200 on the head unit. alpine cda 9855 is at the top of the list, i also know the 9853 is an option but after showing my brother them, he liked the screen more on the 9855. the price difference is not much of a difference anyways. so far i missed out on two 9855's on ebay. there is another coming up in a little over 1 day that i will try for. i was also considering some other options. im wondering on what you think of a alpine cda 105 and imprint combo? lowest price on ebay is about $235 (buy it now items). however, for about 170 you can get a 9853 with, what appears to be, the same functionality. (guess i answered my own question) pioneer prs 880 and 800 seem to be going for a little more then what i would like to spend. i think i'll try a wtb thread as well. Make sure you check the tweeter channel high-pass in case you want to use full-ranges or even a passively crossed mid / tweeter combo on that channel.

Got kicked out of smd :,(
Now, if you would be so kind to tell us why didn't the mod like the comment? Was it against the rules? Is it a forum moderated on personal emotions?

Carbon build-up..

Welcome to the IHoP
I actually ran it without the whole exhaust It went good so I chopped the muffler in two, burned the carbon deposits inside and put it back together. After I run in the new cylinder kit it's time to play with jetting and the transmission.

Moped is fixed ! Ryan, thanks for the ideas. It turned out to be a clogged muffler. Runs excellent now

Maximum Length Sequence ftw Indeed. Synonymy and re-phrasing are my friends... Just knocked out 2 pages of babbling about microphones.

300hp in a RZR, racing up the hill? Scary !

Welcome to the IHoP
Hooray...mr Salami is head of my diploma evaluation comity. However another member of the comity is a professor who I impressed with another project, so I hope it's cool. None of the members are specialized in signal processing

Welcome to the IHoP
Now that I think about it, driving over bumps made it lost power on several occasions but it fixed itself quickly.

Plugged up the exhaust. What's even more weird is that a few days before it went bad I hit the exact same bump, had the exact same behavior, lost power (felt like it ran very rich) and it fixed itself after stopping. I'm willing to cut the muffler in half and take a look inside. I tested without any transmission connected to the engine and it still ran bad.

New cylinder kit installed today. Results hint that I need to set the moped on fire. Nothing changed. I can barely get to 10mph and that's with a few hours of trying to tune the carb. What could have going over a bump done to make this thing run so bad ?

Writing the paper for the diploma project is boring. Quantity prevails in front of quality once again. The minimum is 55 pages, as if somebody reads it.... I'm starting to write down information from my spl meter documentation. Pretty soon I'll write about Little Red Riding Hood...

UPS, hurry up with my cylinder kit, I want to use the moped again

Welcome to the IHoP
If it's that cheap, it's a no-brainer. Radiators are one thing I don't want to buy used or go about fixing.

Welcome to the IHoP
Well, I passed all my exams. My diploma project is working, albeit with input from a tone generator instead of a microphone. Time to write the literature for the project and find a microphone and a pre-amp so I can prove it works right. If all goes well, In 2 weeks time I will be FREE

Either amp problem, or signal problem. Try new RCA's and then a different signal source. If it keeps doing it, the amp needs repair.

Interesting, pretty sure I wouldn't come to that even if I was invited. Mind games I actually scrolled up to the original post to see if he wrote cook or cock.

Nothing to do with what you posted but 1. I knew a chick from Kazakhstan 2. Why the hell don't we do date by year/month/day? To me doing month/day/year is like saying I have $606 dollars added on to $20110000. And when you file something by the date on a computer things get all fuxored if you leave the date at the end and you ended up filing for multiple years Day / Month / Year is much much better
