Welcome to the IHoP
Some claim it helps. I have the same option on my 750.2 but that's on sub duty so I believe it won't make much of a difference.

Balanced transmission is widely used in networking (my networking exam was yesterday). The amplitude of the signal will be the potential between 2 wires. For instance, if you want to send 5v on an RCA, you will have "0V" on the jacket and 5v on the tip. Interference will change the signal. In a balanced connection, you would have 2.5V on one wire and -2.5v on the other wire. That means that no matter what interference you have in the car, the voltage difference between the 2 wires will almost always be the same. But I want 150w / channel first and foremost

I use several all the time at work. The cheaper ones won't be accurate at distance and the "better" ones will be more accurate and have the ability to do fun things like take water temps through pipes. MEasurement range will also be limited with the cheaper units. I use this for motor temps. http://www.sears.com...=1&blockType=G1 And this for everything else. http://www.fluke.com...1.htm?PID=56089 Hot dang, a bit rich for my blood I'll keep scavenging ebay auctions for some good deals. Already found a german made thermometer, fingers crossed it won't go for very much:) http://www.amazon.co...ASIN=B0017L9Q9C That's a bit better? I lied Shipping: Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S. Thanks ! Shipping ain't no problem. For now I'll lay low and try to fund my Zapco 1000.4 purchase Arm and a leg i assume? $300 on ebay, used...hopefully the seller will accept a deal, since the auction ended without buyers.

A crazy lab teacher had a project like that in the works and part of my class was asked if we want to take part and write software for it. Didn't hear back from him for 2 years now.

Basic stuff around the house. Sub coil when testing, amp temperature, radiator inlet/outlet, house heater temperatures. So nothing fancy. 2% accuracy is way plenty. Any cheap options that can do the trick ?

Crazy stupid electrical rigging
It took a while, huh ? One picture shows the connection in the engine compartment, the next one shows it inside the car. Logically, that means he just fished the new wire using the old wire..

Welcome to the IHoP
I was about to say that. Given the fact that it was tested with some supervision, I bet it received correct servicing and because it changed home so many times, at least the cooling system was always up to par. The comparisons to V8's are there to help change mentality.

This particular dog bark's all the time, but any other time of day I could care less. I am the night patrol though, I will go confront any neighbor that's causing a distubance . It's usaully young ppl that have no clue and are either bumping music in the middle of the night or ppl that locked their dog outside for some stupid reason. I don't think it's cruel to leave your dog outside, they can handle it no problem. But ppl with outdoor dog's have them trained to be so, without causing a nuisance. My dog was raised outside. First winter in a shack and then in a doghouse. Brought it here from the country house and no matter what weather she sleeps outside, in the doghouse Amusingly enough she doesn't want to come inside the house when the door is open.

Crush him with teh BTL, it can me done Moar port, deadening, couple more interior panels removed...152 is my target this year. Oh port 10 inch port just plopped in and leaky gained 0.8...should get me close to the target People don't realize how important the port is, lol And box volume. I have some ideas now and I need more power to be able to confirm them. Basically it all started when I noticed that for a certain volume / power combo from one point on, more port area doesn't help

Then a dust mask if you don't have a respirator. I always have trouble with dust masks because they fog up my glasses

We are getting close to 75 bogus accounts a day that are not validating. There were 105 trying to validate on CLZZ earlier today Damnit, and some still pass the tests and get to post.

Respirator and vacuum cleaner, your lungs will thank you. I still haven't found a way to get the vac hooked up to the table saw, it makes quite a bit of dust. I'll get a pic of how much dust collects from 4 12 inch cutouts done with the router, I was amazed when I first saw...

Welcome to the IHoP
I've personally played with a SounDigital 16Kw in a team mates Durango, daily driven at 4 ohms nominal(which we clamped at 10,600 watts with rise to 6.6 ohms), for competitions he drops it to 1 ohm nominal and needless to say needs recones for his pair of 18's after lol. All the SounDigital's have a lifetime warranty too. That's why I said they don't look as reliable. I have yet to get my hands on one so my comments are based on detailed gut pics

Crazy stupid electrical rigging
Yeah, same basic method as fishing wire through a wall; we do it all the time, with actual fishing line. Works great I have a very long screwdriver, some leftover wiring and it works like a charm.
