And IIRC he mentioned the old ampguts was a mess.... Sure it looks like a mess when you probably haven't got a clue about reading / writing code.

Ohhhh, cheap...were can I order 2 pairs ? It's DIYMA, so the driver will be the best ever being as how it's so expensive. I swear that's how those idiots judge equipment over there. The more expensive it is, the better. That's the DIYMA crowd now... I remember when I was getting into the hobby that diyma classifieds were packed with great value drivers. Now I can only find overpriced stuff and occasionally a good deal. My Zapco was one of those occasions.

If that would happen here, failure rate would be HIGH. I had 2 in one day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon. Talk about a beating... have 2 back to back today, poli sci 101 and analog electronics. poli sci took 20 mins so its not so bad LOL Most of ours take 2 hours (some even more) and after one of those you are completely wiped out.

2k vs 3k on BTL N2
Yeah, you can hear a bit more rattles but that doesn't mean you heard a difference in the bass... I love the whole "shine" idea...It was just like people telling me my 12 won't get a decent score with 1000w because they "need" 2000w.

I can do it with the backhoe As long as it's wide enough for me to get in... On my last job I had to level dirt around a new building. New fence on one side, new building on the other side. 20 inches clearance on each of the sides.

In the right hands and box it can handle it. Worth it ? I don't think so...an extra 1000w strain on the electrical system is not worth it. Just increase the box volume and you're sorted !

You could lend me your economy for a couple of months. :) I worked 2 months to buy the amp. You(well not strictly you) probably work a week or two in the USA. You don't understand how our country works. Jordan is a Soldier, one of the most important people in our society, yet one of the least respected and THE most underpaid. And then we have useless "celebrities" and politicians who make butt loads of money for being worthless and moronic. Not to mention all of our unionized professional athletes and their salary floors Seems like we're not far off. I've recently seen a news report about a boxer who won medals in the Olympics, he's now 70 and nobody in sports cares about him...kind of sad actually...

Good question, I'm interested too. My extra set is in bad condition and I'd love to show it some love... It depends on what type of finish you are trying to restore. Any kind of finish works for me, price will be the main factor. Black car but I don't want chrome. They will be my pavement wheels. Gunmetal gray ? Black ? Paint is easy. Surface prep is the key. If they are steel and rust free and the current finish is not flaking, simply scuff, clean, and paint. I have used typical enamel spray paint hundreds of times with great results. You'll have to keep up on them every two years or so, but it's cheaper than a couple hundred or more for a professional paint job. If they are aluminum, it's pretty much the same. Just make sure you clean the aluminum well before painting. If there is any sort of corrosion on them, you will have to removed it, then use a metal filler over the damaged aluminum to level it, then paint as normal. I'll have to take some pics of them. Basically aluminum, the clearcoat is flaking off and there is some corrosion. Luckily I have found some aluminum filler.

Went on a trip today and could only heat up the oil to 160-170 on steep climbs. Water temp was lower than 210 and my oil themostat only opens around 200. So I guess everything is cool. I'll have to wait for summer to see how the cooler performs.

Out of all places to express you like poop at least its in the international house of poo. Winner One more question to those fools and I am ordering a set. $2k I hadn't planned on spending, but I had planned on that much for the stereo so I guess its a wash. Probably list all my shit outside of drivers for sale finally now. Probably will keep the 880 for a little while...unless someone has a Behringer and they want to horsetrade. List please when they go up for sale. #2 looked classic just that the hub was deep. Good choice !
