I can handle the new picture requests / uploads CrApCO is trying a really pitiful way, in terms of just posting a topic in a section. To do it right, it would take some serious time to set it up fully as a fully functioning website. True, it takes a lot of time to make things look right and function right. Wish I had some web design skills....and the time to play...

Agreed, although there is a very fine line between abuse and making a strong point. Over here cops are powerless....my cousin had part of his ear lobe bit off by a drunk / stoned guy. And in the end that guy sued him.

I saw those roots when cleaning the sway-bar... Time to search for handheld blasters locally and search for a compressor too

For cheap and easy, but done correctly (for the money), get a small portable or handheld blaster and remove the rust that way, with aluminum oxide or glass bead, clean, apply filler, sand, seal, prime, paint. Hopefully some sandpaper and elbow grase is enough for whay I have to do, instead of a blaster. Filler, primer and paint are all here. What to use for sealing ?

Tuning wasn't way off. I've seen it 4-5 times in installs tuned by me. Box tuned higher than the peak frequency. You measure impedance in one environment and simulate it in another, no wonder it's different...

And by setting the unit with the imprint, I believe you have no further access to setup anything. So either do it blindly with the imprint or do it yourself, which has more chances of success.
