Kicker 1000.1 Underpowering a BL 15?
Sufficient is going to depend on the box and your listening tastes. The rms rating is a thermal rating. Actual power that can be applied is going to be determined by the enclosure. Also, there is no 'need' for a certain power level. You will not hurt it with lower power than the rms rating. It will perform with 500w or 1500w. Just depends on how loud you want it.

I had a hard time understanding what you are trying to say

Downfire formula?
Some say you only need it to be high enough to clear the surround under excursion. 3-4" seems like good measure imo.

Make sure my electrical is cool. I think it is.
Get the biggest you can fit in the front. Or maybe 2 D3100's in the back and leave the stock batt in front. Check with a dmm to see how low your voltage dips at full boogie. Only way to make sure the electrical is strong enough.

Welcome to the IHoP
I think the jeep shouldn't count on snow since I had to get into 4wd on any slope But I did have a lot of fun with it in 2wd. I kind of like it a bit more than the vw in all kind of weather.

My Current System. Credits to this site, Ca.com, and Roe
It sounds really good It can get pretty high, and decently low, but not the real, real low notes. Yeah I know what you mean there. This one has a diesel conversion. Only one in the U.S. with the Isuzu 2.8l Turbo diesel that i know of. We did the conversion. I also have another one that i have stripped and am either going to bobtail or trayback. 5" on 35"s right as soon as the $$ comes in. Not familiar what diesels were on the RR. But I think you made a solid choice with the 2.8 Isuzu. I wonder if it's the same 2.8 as in the Mitsubishi Pajero's. This is a friend's car, main reason why I said I'm used to seeing bobtails 35's but unsure of lift.
