  2. Also have to get the 9835 in since I can't HP the mids lower than 1k with the 9813. *sigh* I really like the 9813.
  3. Oh snap, 2 busy weeks ahead Deadening 2 doors, 2 box builds, installing the mids (in flowerpots untill I figure out the exact locations) and building a new burp box for the xxx, everything untill the 3rd of june. Going to have plenty of pix available once I get to work.
  4. Congrats1 What did you do on yours ?
  5. 9861 for a wee bit under $200, local Damn economic crisis, I'd pick it up to run / control a h701
  6. Finally done with the exams. Passed all of them (don't know the result of today's exam, should be another pass).
  7. I'm exactly the opposite. Either I eat right before I wake up or I get seriously grumpy
  8. You know it's bad when somebody has speakers on a moped and blasts obnoxius music through neigboorhoods
  9. Sufficient is going to depend on the box and your listening tastes. The rms rating is a thermal rating. Actual power that can be applied is going to be determined by the enclosure. Also, there is no 'need' for a certain power level. You will not hurt it with lower power than the rms rating. It will perform with 500w or 1500w. Just depends on how loud you want it.
  10. I had a hard time understanding what you are trying to say
  11. Some say you only need it to be high enough to clear the surround under excursion. 3-4" seems like good measure imo.
  12. I'd try some butyl rope instead of modelling clay. www.sounddeadenershowdown.com
  13. Get the biggest you can fit in the front. Or maybe 2 D3100's in the back and leave the stock batt in front. Check with a dmm to see how low your voltage dips at full boogie. Only way to make sure the electrical is strong enough.
  14. wat

  19. Aaron, this should match the white sportswagon vw nicely : http://cgi.ebay.com/OLD-SCHOOL-ZAPCO-Z300C...%3A1%7C294%3A50
  20. ROFLMAO !
  21. I think the jeep shouldn't count on snow since I had to get into 4wd on any slope But I did have a lot of fun with it in 2wd. I kind of like it a bit more than the vw in all kind of weather.
  22. Have fun with nanotubes
  23. It sounds really good It can get pretty high, and decently low, but not the real, real low notes. Yeah I know what you mean there. This one has a diesel conversion. Only one in the U.S. with the Isuzu 2.8l Turbo diesel that i know of. We did the conversion. I also have another one that i have stripped and am either going to bobtail or trayback. 5" on 35"s right as soon as the $$ comes in. Not familiar what diesels were on the RR. But I think you made a solid choice with the 2.8 Isuzu. I wonder if it's the same 2.8 as in the Mitsubishi Pajero's. This is a friend's car, main reason why I said I'm used to seeing bobtails 35's but unsure of lift.
  24. Don't forget to take some pics Good luck
  25. It looks very nice so far. Always wanted a boob dustcap for my xxx
