looking nice there sir did you heat the pvc to fit the mold? it looks like you did a really good job there. Nothing is actually flared at this point. The mold is as it llooks in the first pic only in the second pic the pipe is over it and everything is taped up.

Money is never enough BTW, what ports does the software use as input / output ? usb ? serial ?

Can't wait to fiberglass it, we'll see how well it turns out

First version was done on a lathe but because of a miscomunication between me and the guy who cut the mold, it ended up flaring from 13 inches to 16 inches and I needed from 12 to 16. A little work with the angle grinder with a sanding wheel and it's all good. Taped up and waiting to fiberglass the flare first thing tomorrow.

Dad used to work on such things and ever since we moved, we had a 10 tonne tank in the back yard which was used to fill up tanks like the one you have and sell to people. It's sold now...the CO2 business was slowing down for a few years.
