  1. FUCK EBAY.. I had a listing removed because of trademark infringement. wtf is this shit ? I list a watch on ebay and I automatically infringe a trademark ?
  2. Not quite hammered, but a combination of booze and fatigue is really making my head spin.
  3. Install them like that and drive to the gear shop in 2wd. In 2wd, the front t-case ooutput spins freely so there aren't any problems with having 2 diffrent sets of gears.
  4. I was out drinking in a pub with some friends and left me pc running
  5. wat is ac ?
  6. Powerlines have nothing to do with the discussion... And as for needing 2/0 only if you melt 1/0, that is hardly the case. Go over 300A max draw and 2/0 is a better choice. For what amp the OP plans on using, a run of 1/0 positive + extra battery in the rear seems like a good plan. negative run is a bit of overkill in this case. Probably not worth it if you do the big3 upgrade.
  7. Testing testing and more testing. There isn't a quick recipe or a special software that will calculate everything.
  8. *moved, since it's not related directly to FI*
  9. One budget sub that really impressed me is the lowest series from Pioneer. I think it's the TSW-127.
  10. All of my boxes have rounded edges and I always use screws Just set the bit depth accordingly and have the bit bearing only on sides where you don't have screws.
  11. MMMM, V10 :bigclap:
  12. OMFG, how can somebody be that stupid? The people on that forum are apparently very mean, or else that kid did something really, really bad to them. He did something extremely stupid. He welded the pinion to the ring instead of the spider gears together. Plenty of pictures of welded gears and he couldn't do it right.
  13. Epic failure ! ! !

  15. One thing you can do is take a 5~10w resistor (make sure it's not inductive), hook it up to the amp, and measure the voltage drop on the resistor while playing the tone you want to set the crossover to. For instance if it's a hpf and you want to set it to 1khz, start from the lowest setting while playing the 1khz tone and when you see a drop in voltage across the resistor, then you know you set the crossover close to 1khz. This is purely based on logic, so if there is a flaw in this method, please point it out. Though in my opinion the thing to do is play with them and set them where they work best for your ears.
