What is the point of 2 identical topics ? There is a build log section on this forum...
  2. 156 square inches from the front of the port to the back of the box on the inside, thats without the baffles The baffle doesn't have anything to do with the port area. It is the panel on which you mount the subwoofer and NOT a port wall.
  3. When you start chasing tenths on the Term-lab it can make a diffrence. I'm confident running a separate ground wire straight to the battery isn't going to make an audible diffrence.
  4. I hate it when I can't find the source of rattles or knocks..
  5. I have a slight feeling the EE exam on Monday is going to kick my arse...again
  6. I use a knife for any wire...that's because I can never find my wire stripper when I need it
  7. Have fun in Japan !
  8. USPS, where are my power supplies ? They're in transit since the 12th of August I've already had 2 other packages ordered and delivered since that date
  9. You said you only have 2.5 cubes for both 15's ? Use one with that much power and that airspace...
  10. http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/zencart...;products_id=13 and http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_i...roducts_id=1466
  11. How about a Mach5 MLI + Seas Neo ? Also, I think I saw an Alpine 9815 for sale (ca.com or diyma.com, can't remember exactly). That will do what you need
  12. Welcome to the world of modern diesel engines The 2.5 turbo on my Jeep has 220ft lbs and it's not what I'd call a modern diesel.
  13. The thing that seems to happen if one buys inexpensive stuff at first is that they will end up upgrading, only to loose money in the long run. That is why I mentioned doing it right the first time
  14. 2 10's maybe ?
  15. It was actually disturbing to read some of his topics.
  16. Very nice car you got there Heretic. Gather the torches !
  17. Just found a 1F cap stashed in my room.. almost forgot about it More moneys for useful stuff !
  18. I'm almost tempted to buy one to run it in the house What DSP software do the guys with car pc's run ?
  19. True, true ! Trouble is I'm looking for something easy to fix, small and powerfull. The lrx mono happens to fit the bill But I will keep an eye out for some Rev's
  20. If it is truly IB the CA's will be easier to integrate, personally my Rev's will be going in the house. Either will work though Hmm, doors are sealed and there are a few outside ventilation holes...Not 100% sure it is IB... Buy Rev's or buy an Audison ?
  21. For the house I'd used them paired with HDS's. Don't get me wrong, I really like my setup now but the Rev's seem like a good deal (considering they're $225ea new)...
  22. Thinking about picking up a pair of 8ohm revelators for $285. Yay ? Nay ? Sean, what are your thoughts on them ? Would probably use them IB flat on the doors, to replace the MLI's. OR move the ca18's in the doors and use revelators in the house
  23. You can go with Ground Zero. I've used their products several times and I'm rather pleased
  24. Its in the works. I am in the process of my rebuild. Got a ton of 2/0 welding cable. 4 Stinger SPV70's and i am in the process of saving some cash for a new mechman 200-250 amp alternator.. I hope thats enough. Only 4 of those ?
