i'd move out of this country if i had the chance i believe things will get better only in about 30 years, when all the generations that lived under comunism will be dead. too many people stuck on the "the country needs to give me this or that" mentality. and there's the laziness, lack of work ethic, the simple fact that most of the work force emigrated Don't assume that goes away with Capitalism. The more Socialist things are of course the more that happens, but there will always be the lazy ass people who want it all but don't want to work for any of it. I say eff them. more of a hope that other places are diffrent in that area. hopefully things will change here a bit faster than i said before. maybe the whole EU integration will speed up things.
