i've gotta take pics of this material i've found. looks like some sort of plywood and is dark red. a tad more expensive than mdf, a lot stronger. and iirc, it's used in construction as concrete moulds (sp ?) -

first time cutting circles with the router is fun. skil included some kind of circle jig, but the smallest radius is 4inches time for a diy jig
