Moped went pff yesterday, lost all power and compression. Turns out the wrist pin safety got fucked and scratched some nice marks in the cylinder. Piston is also fucked There goes a $150 engine set. Motherfucker.

If it's a Beta or Gamma unit I think there is a way. I know for sure I found the RCA front and rear outputs on the rear plane and built a plug. Is this something marked on the unti? So there is analog in on the rear panel connection. They might be marked on the unit, other that that, not much else I can do to help

Then I will keep it as a beater, or part it out. Either are great options. I will rig the door to open, and maybe not even patch it up. I can get a door and quarterpannel for ~500 if I want. So, turns out one of the people who hold the car audio competitions here got scared when he saw the initial score of Project Stupid (141.3) and now changed the rules of the class so that external aero ports and unpainted boxes are not class-legal, knowing what I'm usually up to and wanting himself to compete. What a piss-poor excuse for a person. And he calls himself an adult. Oh well, it's not difficult for me to build a box with an internal aero and make it look classy, I've always wanted a box which looks nice and is loud, this is a perfect excuse

A couple of weeks ago I had to dig a trench with the backhoe and found a wasps nest close to the rear window. It was fun seeing wasps buzzing around my face, good thing I escaped without a sting.

Mmats installed, now the Extremis have 150w / side and the Fostex's are are around 80w / side. With the midbass HP'ed @ 30Hz I found rattles in the overhead console and I can feel a draft on the legs. Hooray for midbass, the Extremis were a good investment. And overall it can get too loud
