Went biking with the "seniors", pretty slow pace, 2 fell off and hurt their knees, one had little experience. I actually won a case of beer for climbing a very steep hill Managed to get to 30 mph downhill through the woods. But still, 40 miles in 90 degree weather is though.

Of courseAre you serious or sarcastic? Creatine is a really good product in general. For most people it can help them gain performance and thus gain size and drop some fat.It really is a helpfull tool. For most is is something you would add to you sugary drink after lifting, or for some, before the work out. Creatine is part of our ATP cycle so it directly impacts performance, and it is most found in meats. Red meats if I remember right. So if you don't want a steak 2 times a day creatine can help. Time to try out some then. Obviously get a good brand but get the cheap pure stuff. I think that cellucors is full of gimmicks and concreet is as well. Normal ON creatine at 5g per lifting day is perfect IMO. ON is what I was looking at, I've been using they whey protein powder for over a year and found the creating for a good price.

Well that's their gig.....rough sex and using the bed as a couch. He has not so good joints and I figure why not ask someone who sells beds for a living what they thought was best for rough sex and a couch as one. J Traction FTW ! You get nowhere without traction.

Time to roll with it. If my body can be pushed more, so be it, I'm happy about it. Must've been the boiled egg each day and oats with yogurt which helped this.

I've been eating a lot lately and not exactly worrying too much about what I eat apart from lots of meat and yogurt. Tearing it uuuup

I still can't figure out wtf caused the step up in weights at the gym. I've added 10 lbs and could do the same number of reps deadlifting.

65 mile bike trip Sunday, woot woot. It's either going to be on dirt roads on hill crests or gravel roads and I have no idea how those are. Should be fun either way

Yeah, the oil cooler is there too. On long trips during summer it started to feel sluggish after some spirited driving. Now I can push it hard and it will feel just as powerful in the first miles with a cold intercooler.

Bumper holes: I need to work on the bumper some more, that's why it's still unpainted and looks like crap. But hey, it works

I think that is an excellent idea. It is almost the ideal toy to tinker with. Something about light, simple and rwd is appealing

I think that is an excellent idea. It is almost the ideal toy to tinker with.Miatas, fat women with cash, and mopeds. All are just about the most fun you can have that you never want your friends to see you riding. I have a moped, I'll tick the Miata off the list this autumn but fat chicks? NO WAY MAN !

Miata, because racecar! And just yesterday I saw the poster for a hillclimb 1 hour away. Guess I'll buy a Miata and race it.

Creatine, nope... Should I have been taking it?

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
I have no fucking clue what happened but this week I was up 2-3 reps on almost every exercise. Even yesterday, after 2 hours on the backhoe and arriving in the gym totally beat. And I've considered getting creatine.

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
clenbuterol you say....

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
I see you living a lot longer if you bought the Miata. That's another argument for the Miata, drivers here don't care about anything on 2 wheels.

Sean, any thoughts on Rocky Mountain Blizzard frames? Reynolds 853, however a touch heavier than other 853 MTB frames though.

4 hours of work on the backhoe after regular office hours. 12 hour work day ftw!
