Welcome to the IHoP v.2
The new heads for the Jeep arrived last week and I have to clean up the area under the valve seat, to remove a lip, do a clean-up of the ports and open them up to match the gaskets. One done, three to go. Head porting is fun yet labor intensive. I will upload pics once I get my old account back.

And it seems like whenever I do the horizontal tango elsewhere except home my phone rings. I'm just minding my own business and then the phone rings.

pucking shit, for 2 weeks SSA didn't load for me. I cleared cookies, couldn't log in because of a forgotten password. With the password reset (big thanks to Aaron since the pucking software threw errors at me when trying to reset my password) the forum still didn't load. What the fuck ? I don't want a new account, I want the old account

Looks like a new law regarding cyclists has been passed, requiring us to ride on bicycle lanes. Which lanes cover about 5% of the city. I'm really curious if I'm going to be pulled over for riding on the sidewalk. Oh yeah, I usually ride sidewalks which see very little pedestrian traffic.

Damn muddy road on the way to work. The bike chain is definitely a casualty of the winter and the muddy road. I didn't ride for 2 days and the chain was rusty as hell. Added some oil, went for a ride and now my rear rim and chainstay are caked in rusty water. I added an extension to my front guard and left an inch ground clearance. Really curious if it works since it sucks going in the office with muddy shoes.

so ergonomic. If they don't overlap don't do It 2 screens seems plenty for me at work. Would really like a second screen at times at home

I sit 3 ft away from a 15" screen and it suits me fine. At work I sit 4 ft away from a 19" screen.

How close are you to the screen ?

Fi UFO motor recone options?
New single is what you need. The UFO style BTL was replaced by the N2 and there is a specific N2 recone

It's so funny when people with no technical background make assumptions that a turbo engine needs backpressure after the turbine, otherwise the turbo won't work, torque will be affected etc. Blanket statements everywhere.

And for more good news, my leaf spring liner shipped yesterday, so I will get to change my springs by the end of the month if everything rolls as it should.

At the same time the car is apart I will have to investigate if I can squeeze in a 2.5" downpipe instead of the crappy 2" downpipe I have now.

Heads payed for ($810 shipped), all gaskets ordered, now I just have to wait. Somebody else local bought heads from Argentina and they arrived in ~7 days. I'm seriously thinking about port matching the heads to the intake. Yay ? Nay ? Shouldn't be too difficult for my dremel Can't wait to see the Jeep back in action.

Had a technical interview from home today and to my surprise one of the problems was something I did in high-school. Easy as pie I couldn't imagine the programming I did in high-school would be so important. Just the way we were thought to think and solve a problem not the actual problems we solved was such a big help. If I were to rate them, what I learned in college was complete crap compared to high-school.
