  1. Guess that's why my stays running so good. I never put anything on the internal hard drive. Well, except for updates. All my shit is on those flash drives. Seems to be much easier to manipulate. It's a great head unit, just wish it was fully active capable. It's more or less a 5.1 setup.
  2. DNX9980HD I think they have a newer version now.
  3. I need to get a closer look at those.
  4. I'd love to add a Helix to my Kenwood for fully active capabilities. Just don't have the money to spend since the transmission went down.
  5. Most I've seen has been changed to strictly source units with a head unit or processor as primary.
  6. My Kenwood had a hard time working with a external hard drive, but works REALLY well with large flash drives. I bought a pair of 64 g (I think that's what they are) flash drives and had no problems with audio, Video, pics, or anything else I could throw at it so far. Most everything that's played on my Kenwood now a days is YouTube vids.
  7. Dude, we're just trying to help. Ain't got to be such a tool. In almost every upgrade application, you will need to run power cables and fusing for aftermarket Amplifier application. Btw, I knew that the F150 forum wouldn't be what you was needing (I drive a F150 supercrew) but wording it on the fly must not have came out as intended. My bad. Again, good luck with your search.
  8. Welcome to SSA. Have you checked any of the Ford F250 forums on the interwebs ?? If anything, great suggestions on wiring diagrams. I have had great luck with the Ford F150 forums. Good luck with your search !!!
  9. You will not need a "blow through" setup for a SUV. I've seen plenty of people have good luck with a simple wedge ported and tuned enclosure. Some don't use wedge design, but I like them. To each his own I guess. Wish I was on my laptop, I could link you to plenty of pics with Tahoe / Yukon setups.
  10. Nice.
  11. Been a minute since I've had the chance so set up stage equipment.
  12. Cool Chevy truck though.
  13. I have a few on my flash drive that I use to demo with when White Lightning was up and running. Mostly Dubstep. Can't really remember and specifics on them cause it's been a minute {or two) since I've had bass in one of my rides. Now that I think about it ??? there is two that come to mind (Possibly cause I run Video and Music) that were crowd favorites (at that time) when I use to demo. Lindsey Sterling's Crystalize and Elements.
  14. There's an old school equipment thread on here somewhere. I'm an old Linear Power guy.
  15. I'm tuned in.
  16. I'm using Google photos for work and personal. Works like a champ.
  17. Design and build a daily / competition enclosure. Low tuned (low 30s) for daily and high tuned (mid 50s) for competition. Vehicle resonance can very so choose your high tune wisely. Word to the wise, do not play low tuned music with the high tuned port. It's not a question of if you would tear your shit up, it's when ... understand ???
  18. Well, I was saving the money up for a new dual exhaust setup. Guess I'm starting over with that one. This is the only truck I've owned so far with out being set up with dual exhaust. Might be worth snapping a few under carriage pics then. On the audio part, having a hard time on what route I'm wanting to take on the sub bass. Can't do anything in the dash and there's a 60/40 seat. So I'm guessing either the rear doors or something under the rear seat. I don't know, just throwing ideas around at the moment. I have time alignment, so this shouldn't be that difficult ... LOL
  19. Of what, the transmission ?? It went out around the time my dad died and my office picked up my truck and got the work done for me. I really didn't see any of the process other than idiot proofing my Kenwood head unit. I'm just glad it's back running again.
  20. All right then, got her a fresh rebuilt transmission !!! Now hopefully I can get back to the business at hand here !!!. Spent half of the day yesterday putting my fuses back in and retuning everything.
  21. Sweet Ride.
