I'm assuming your running sealed, but every sundown sub I've ever seen has been ported and tuned. Maybe a new ported and tuned enclosure may be what you need verses swapping gear. Just an Observation.

A good starting crossover point for the tweeters is 3000 htz with a 12 db slope. A good starting point for the mids is high pass 2600 htz with a 12 db slope and low pass 70 htz with a 12 db slope. Hope this helps.

My Avalanche FINALLY came back to me on the Roll Back !!! "Cat Back" Duals Done !!! Dude hooked me up with a Flow Master Muffler and Kick ASS Chrome Tips !!! Tucked them in Real Nice !!! He's done the exhaust work on every truck I've owned so far !!! Now my Avalanche sounds like she has a LARGE pair of Grape Fruits !!!

And Now This beast is Locked, Cocked, and Ready to Rock !!! Sweet, Simple, and just looks Bad ASS !!! This thing gets down and dirty my Bass Head Brothers !!!

My first head unit was the Sony 10 Disc Changer that was mounted under the seat. The controller had a 10 ft cord and it was never installed into the dash ... LOL
