yea i know what you mean steve. i was originally going to face them upwards, but changed my idea to having whatever i get face forward. just really stuck on what to go with. i want deep bass, but not sure if 2 SA 8s will do that? they handle less power then the Bl 10 and why are the Fi subs SOOO much more? and crownvic... yes it would be ported whatever i end up going with

well the sub box i have now is 1.23cuft, but im actually heading to a shop right now and see how much i can squeeze under my back seat. theres not that much room, but its all i have to work with

im not sure how either one of these subs sound so im depending on you guys to tell me. im not sure weather to go with 2 SA 8" Sundown audio subs OR go with one SA 10" OR im thinking one Fi Bl 10"? not sure what amp yet with the 2 SA 8s or with the one SA 10, but with the Fi Bl 10 i would be going with a Sundown SAE-1200Dv2. which one of these would sound the deepest and loudest to factory recommendations? Thanks!!

hmm thanks guys! im gonna guess the difference between the 1200Dv1 and the 1200dv.2 is that the v.2 stands for version 2 or something? im totally guessing. have you heard of any good talk about the bl 10? how loud is it for such minimal airspace?

Im looking into getting the 10" FI Bl sub fully loaded with a 1cuft (or maybe slightly bigger if i can) ported. Theres a site im sure a few of you guys have heard of that sells them refurbished. well anways. on this site they have the... SAE-1200Dv1 SAE-1200Dv2 SAZ-1500D ... these three are listed right now and im curious which one would fit me better. i dont want to run an extra battery if possible just due to the hassle. any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!

im curious how loud this sub would be in a ported box with 1 to about 1.4 cuft of airspace? any info would be great! thanks!

what do you rec for a bl 10? and clearance!! thats an important one! since its going to be under the seat im not sure how much room to leave. im guessing 3 to 4?

haha. thanks guys! yea ive never heard of these brands either. they looked kinda cheap. the sub had like a triple something from what i heard. they both did very well and it slammed HARD. im just getting more and more iffy with fi. i keep hearing they arent that reliable!? whats up with that?

hey guys! so im in a little stuck. im going to be gutting out my old system and throwing a 1cuft ported or maybe bigger (if i can) under the back seat of my truck. i just went to a shop and they had some demo cars with just one Avionixx amp i believe a 2800m series and one 12" Concept sub of some sort and sounded awesome. its not a crazy set up, but that sounded great to me.. SO has anyone heard of these two brands? i sure havent. would the above set up be any better then the audioque 1200 amp and 10" fi bl i plan on doing? thanks in advance for any info!!

i am going to be facing my sub down in my truck to make everything kinda hidden. curious if having the sub facing down will have a really different effect then the sub facing up or facing towards the front? anyone have experience with this?? thanks!

Anton Miller... to funny. while i was looking at subs i notice your 12 and i thought i was set! sooo clean. maybe im mistaken though.. but did you say you were going up to a 15 bl? are u happy with ur 12? or do u kinda wish you went with a 15? and watts.... i was looking into that sundown amp you recommended so i googled it. found this SWEET set up with a 15 bl. thought to myself... wow. that is nice! then came back onto the forum and realized THATS YOU! hahah. how do u like your 15? im just starting to think maybe i should get a 15" bl??
